Hi,
I'm Susanna Kenton,
And I'm going to guide you on an inner journey of healing.
So just begin by making yourself comfortable.
Your body has an extraordinary capacity for self-healing.
And under the right conditions,
Given the opportunity,
As you connect with the source of life within your own body,
Your own healing energy will take care of anything within your system that may need support.
So let's begin by taking a nice deep breath in and letting it out on AH,
Allowing this to signal your body that this is time for rest,
That you can relax your muscles and allow your mind to become a bit more still and surrender your weight to the surface you are lying on.
There can be such a weight of responsibility that we carry,
And we can become so conditioned to the sympathetic nervous system response that is active and doing and protecting,
Taking care of business.
And this really is a time to allow the parasympathetic nervous system response to take over.
And so as you breathe out,
Just send your body the signal that it is safe,
That there's nothing you need to take care of right now,
That any problems or issues can wait,
And that this really is time for you to dive deep into relaxation,
Into the sacred space of your own beingness.
And notice how good it feels to just let go of some muscular tension.
Maybe on the next out breath,
You relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders.
It might be a micro movement of relaxation,
But it's good.
And as you notice how good that feels,
You may be able to drop in just a little more deeply.
And perhaps now bringing your attention to your forehead,
And see if it's possible to smooth out any furrows in your brow,
Letting your forehead become smooth and relaxed.
And bringing that sense of relaxation now to your jaw,
This is a place where we can clench and hold tension.
Again on an out breath,
See if you can softly loosen the muscles of your jaw,
Allowing it to become very free,
Very easy.
Perhaps the muscles of your throat too,
Just softening and melting.
Bringing that feeling of relaxation into your chest and your ribs,
Noticing that as you relax the muscles in this area,
You create a little more spaciousness for your breath to easily and effortlessly move in and out.
Then moving your attention now to your inner organs,
Your heart and your stomach,
Your liver,
Your pancreas,
Your kidneys,
Your spleen,
Your entire digestive tract.
All of these amazing internal organs that continue to work on your behalf,
Just sending them love,
Appreciation,
And a sense of deep relaxation too.
Moving your awareness now into your pelvis,
Which houses your bladder,
Your reproductive organs,
Giving thanks for those too,
And allowing them to feel very relaxed,
Very peaceful.
And moving the sense of relaxation from your shoulders down through your arms,
Your upper arms,
And into your elbows,
Your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
And your fingers,
Giving thanks again for the miracle of arms that allow you to do so many things,
And in this moment just inviting them to rest,
To be at peace.
And taking your attention now into your hips,
Down through your legs beginning with your thighs,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Moving into your knees,
Bringing a sense of ease and peace,
Moving down into your calves,
And from here letting the relaxation move into your ankles,
Into your feet,
And down through your toes,
Noticing what a relief it is to give your body permission to relax,
And even as you relax this far,
Inviting yourself now to relax even deeper,
Whatever that feels like to you,
Letting your breath cycles be like gentle ocean waves that flow from your toes up through your whole body on the in-breath,
And then from the top of your head back down and out through your feet on the out-breath.
So effortless,
So relaxing.
And as you allow that sense of deep relaxation and freedom to move throughout your body,
You may notice that your thoughts have naturally slowed down a bit,
And how sweet it is to give the mind permission to relax too.
And as we drop beneath that normal waking consciousness experience,
The mind's activity and vigilance,
We open up a space where we can sense and feel into the body in a deeper way.
And within your physical body is an energetic body or inner body,
Which is the interface between the external physical and the eternal dimension of who you are,
The spirit of who you are.
And as you come into this deeper and deeper sense of relaxation,
You may get a feeling of this inner beingness.
You might describe it as presence or a soft,
Subtle aliveness.
You could experience it as tingling.
But as you tune your awareness to it,
You become conscious of this simple presence that underlies your life.
It is that which connects you to the source of all being,
To the creative power that is behind everything.
And in this place of deep relaxation,
It's so effortless to know your oneness with this source of all life,
Which is also the source of the deepest possible healing.
It doesn't come from somewhere else.
It comes from within you.
Within you is an infinite wellspring of healing power and energy.
And within you is a perfect blueprint for health and radiance and wholeness.
And as you effortlessly align yourself with this blueprint for health,
There's a sense that all is well.
That despite what your mind might tell you from time to time,
Not a thing is out of place.
Everything is conspiring for your good.
And your life is a magnificent expression of that love intelligence that guides the universe.
And as you allow your body to rest more and more deeply,
You become aware that a beautiful cocoon of healing light is being woven around your body.
Beginning at the tips of your toes and moving up to surround your body and coming over your head.
This cocoon is made of the same energy as the source of all life,
And it holds you with such reverence,
With such deep respect for who you are as being,
For the path that you have walked,
For the courage and the strength of your spirit.
And the light that shimmers from this cocoon helps to activate the healing codes within your own DNA,
Supporting your body to come into a frequency of wholeness.
And how good it feels to just bask in this light-filled cocoon,
And to allow it to gently support the healing process.
And as you rest in the cocoon,
Allow your awareness to be brought to any part of your body that could use some extra support.
So perhaps there's an injury or an illness,
Perhaps there's pain or discomfort.
It may be one place or it may be your whole body.
Just touch that place or those places with your attention.
And any energy blockage you experience might be something recent or it might be something that you've held onto for a while.
It really doesn't matter.
Know that just by bringing your awareness to an area right now,
The work is done.
You only have to think it,
And the pathways for healing open up.
The body is so receptive.
It so deeply desires to return to wholeness,
And even using your in-breath to create a sense of spaciousness in these parts of your body.
And as you breathe out,
Clearing,
Releasing,
Letting go.
And now you notice your whole body is surrounded by a shimmering golden light that moves in through the pores of your skin and begins to activate profound healing in your tissues.
As your cells are flooded with healing golden light and oxygen,
They know exactly what to do with it.
Reducing inflammation.
Setting organs and systems into order.
And bringing a robust sense of vitality and well-being.
And you may notice that your attention shifts to a different place in your body to allow this process to be activated there too.
Your being knows.
The fresh oxygen that you're breathing knows.
And you just allow yourself to trust the unfolding.
And as this feeling of renewal moves through your whole body now,
Brings with it a sense of trust.
There's a feeling of coming home.
As your cells are infused with life-giving oxygen.
And as you surrender and release anything you've carried that no longer serves you,
What arises within you is a feeling of alignment.
The blog.
And one of the most beautiful things about being a human being is our capacity to vision and dream and create.
And so imagining that you are in the most beautiful space in nature,
Lying on your back looking up at a vast,
Exquisite sky.
And as you lie there feeling so peaceful,
So fulfilled,
All needs met.
You catch a vision of something that has deep meaning for you.
It could be related to your health and healing.
It may be something that has already begun to manifest in your life.
Or it may be the seed of something you are planting that is going to come to fruition.
This is your time to dream,
To vision,
Without limits,
Without constraints,
To let your mind soar freely into the fullness of possibility.
Truly you are an infinite being.
And anything is possible.
And as you know this in the depth of your bones,
You allow that frequency of possibility and freedom and joy to flood your whole body now.
And as you connect with this vision,
It becomes brighter and clearer.
It floods your whole body with feel-good hormones and you may notice that your lips curl up in a smile.
It just feels so good.
And just allow yourself now to soar on the wings of infinite possibility,
Remembering the magic that your being has always known.
So anchoring this feeling tone into every cell of your body,
Rewiring your brain to turn its attention here.
And breathe easy.
The universe has your back.
You are supported at each moment in every day,
Even when your mind would tell you otherwise.
All you ever have to do is take one conscious breath and come home to a deeper knowing.
Healing is yours,
Freedom is yours,
Fulfillment is yours.
And sealing this knowing into your energy system now so that the quantum field that surrounds and protects your physical body is completely intact.
You know once and for all you are safe.
You are loved.
All is well.
All is well.
And when you are ready to leave the sanctuary of this cocoon space,
Knowing that you can return at any time,
Take a nice full deep breath and let it go.
With a resolution to bring the gifts that your vision has brought you and the healing that your journey has gifted you into waking consciousness,
Trusting and knowing that the healing of this guided journey continues on and that you stay anchored in a truth far beyond what you can witness through your five senses,
Plugged into the source of all life and let from within for your highest good and the highest good of all of those whose life you touch.
