For 15 minutes we will be practicing grounding & centering our energy, breathwork, quick body scan and energy alignment, affirmations, and present moment awareness. This exercise can be done any time of day but ideally you would want to practice first thing in the morning before you start your day or just before bed as a way to set your desired mood and intentions for the following day.
