This is a Hridaya Yoga Meditation focusing on the 3 aspects of internalization: Centering on the Spiritual Heart (Hridaya), noticing the pauses between the breaths, and asking 'Who Am I?'. Practitioners are guided step-by-step through these deepening layers and led into a portion of silence for a quiet 30-minute meditation. This track contains ambient sounds in the background

Namaste.

Please close your eyes.

Find a comfortable seat.

The spine straight.

And relax.

We bring the attention in the center of the chest and slightly to the right,

About one finger width to the right.

Sridha Akasha,

The infinite space of the heart.

Allow the mind to rest in the spiritual heart.

All these areseat standing?

Let the breath become very light.

You become aware of a slight pause after inhalation and after exhalation.

The natural space between each breath.

During these pauses,

You become aware of the gap between thought,

The inner asana,

Moment of stillness within each breath.

Remaining with the awareness in the center of the chest and slightly to the right.

Noticing the gap,

Natural space after inhalation and exhalation.

From time to time,

We ask the question,

Who am I?

Letting go of any identification with thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations.

Resting in pure being.

Stillness.

Beautiful practice itself I highly recommended, created by the Hridaya school based largely off the teachings of the great 20th century sage Ramana Maharshi. These are timeless practices to create space for the possibility of coming back into Remembrance of a deeper experience of self to connect directly with Source through the heart portal. Bryant guides a powerful inward journey to facilitate this reconnection, I love this version of the Hridaya practice!
