Find a nice comfortable seated or laying down position.

Taking the time to settle in and use either pillows or blankets to help you feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Begin by taking a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Breathing through your belly,

Exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your shoulders fall away from your ears.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly and then your chest with air.

And then exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your body move to get comfortable.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

This time holding at the top of the inhale.

And then exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your body relax,

Letting your mind be present as you surrender to the sounds.

And then exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your body relax.

And then exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your body relax.

And then exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your body relax.

And then exhale,

Sighing out your mouth,

Letting your body relax.

And then exhale,
