This 432Hz based sound journey was intentionally created with a five tone chord, representing the five elements: earth, wind, fire, water, and ether. It is accompanied by shamanic drumming and mystical rattle sounds that allow the meditator to connect more deeply with their heart's awareness, as well as to explore shamanic healing in order to activate the self-healing potentials that lie within each one of us.
