Welcome to your meditation today.
This is Giel Elhart.
And today I'll lead you through a simple meditation to help promote clarity in your life.
In times of uncertainty,
We can become quite unclear as to what is real in our lives.
Our reality becomes distorted and we lose perspective.
This meditation will help bring some ease into your body and into your mind,
Create insight and brightness and elusive perspective on your life.
Let's begin.
Find a comfortable seated position and relax your shoulders down your back.
You're welcome to close your eyes.
Tune your attention to the flow of your breath.
Allow your breath to create ease in your body,
Ease in your mind.
So for the next few moments,
We'll spend some time just observing this flow of breath,
Tracking for sensation in the body and promoting ease.
So as we gain a little bit of comfort and deepen our awareness in this present moment,
This will help foster greater insight and transparency.
With each inhale,
Feel that you're bringing in a clear light to promote a clearer vision.
With each exhale,
Ascending out of what is no longer needed.
We'll do this for a few more moments.
Breathing in,
Clarity,
Lucidity,
Breathing out clutter,
Distortion.
So as you take root of the life we designed and alt lemonade and As this process unfolds for you,
Notice how you feel in your body.
How does your body respond?
Is there greater relaxation around your neck and shoulders?
Is there softening of your face and the skin of your temples and your forehead?
Allow your whole body to become more at ease and more receptive.
This ease that we're fostering physically translates to the mental clarity as well,
A mental ease.
And this practice of cultivating clarity is about cultivating simplicity of the mind.
To let go of what we no longer need.
What is causing feelings of anxiety or fear or distrust.
Our minds are often busy,
Overactive,
And when we feel uncertain,
The uncertainty is a creation of the clouds in our own consciousness.
We'll focus now on the exhalation pattern of our breath.
As you breathe out,
It's as if you're blowing those clouds away.
The clear light that is always there behind the clouds becomes more visible.
We seek this truth and transparency in our ability to observe what is real in our lives.
So enjoy this process of focusing on your exhale and blowing the clouds away.
Each exhalation just ascending out of any unused or unneeded energy.

Continue the practice.
Focusing on your exhale.
As this process unfolds,
Ease in your resistance that may show up not by force,
But with gentleness.
Exhalation is good at helping us with this.
Now let's begin to shift our attention more to the inhalation.
With the inhalation,
We welcome in the light.
We welcome in the brightness that's behind the clouds.
We welcome in the clarity.
So as you breathe in,
Draw in that lucid clarity.
That accurate and precise vision of what is real,
What you know to be true in your heart.

Continue with this process of drawing in your breath,
Drawing in light,
Clairvoyance.
Feel how your body responds.
Is there greater relaxation around your neck and shoulders?
Greater ease in your face?
Greater ease around your jaw?
We're letting go of perhaps old patterns where our mind has been muddled and unclear and bringing in an accurate perspective.
Welcome in the light.

We'll use the breath now to come out of the meditation.
Observe the flow of your inhale and your exhale.
Track for sensation in your body.
Begin to notice the sounds in the room.
And turn up the corners of your mouth.
I hope that this meditation has helped bring feelings of certainty and a more accurate perspective.
Greater accuracy in your ability to perceive what is true in your life.
