Your nervous system functions best when it's calm and relaxed, so take these 10-minutes for a gentle but powerful meditation to bring your mind and your body back to peace and tranquility, as you make more space for deep breaths and awareness of here and now. The energy of peace is always present,

Here and now,

You can be peaceful.

Sometimes the mind detaches us from the state of peace,

We get lost in a flow of thoughts,

Getting out of balance.

May this meditation and this space bring you back to balance,

Bring you back to awareness in this present moment.

Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable in a seated position.

Remember that when your body is not comfortable,

Your mind will keep getting distracted during meditation.

So make sure you are comfy and cozy,

You can lean your back on the wall or on the bed.

Whatever feels good for you right now,

Start connecting back with your breath,

Listening to your exhales and your inhales.

Where is the breath coming from?

Is it coming from the depth of your belly,

From your diaphragm?

Or is it very shallow,

Maybe just coming through your shoulders,

Through your upper body?

Be aware of it and take this next minute to come back to your deep and conscious breaths as you expand and then relax.

Lovely,

Just keep breathing like that and noticing if anything is changing in your body,

In your mind,

Just by paying a little bit more attention to your breath.

Just by connecting back to the present moment.

The breath has a big,

Big power to regulate our mood and to regulate how we feel from the inside.

So in times when you feel unstable,

When your mind is overwhelmed,

When your mind is overwhelming,

Don't forget that the breath is always here.

Keep relaxing your body more and more,

Relaxing through your toes,

Through your legs,

Relaxing through your shoulders,

Through your back.

With each breath,

Inviting the energy of freedom to flow through you.

With each breath,

Inviting peace,

Inviting peace,

Letting go of the layers of your mind,

Letting go of your body,

Letting go of the thoughts and emotions.

And when you slowly peel off these layers,

What stays is your awareness.

What stays is a true openness and peace.

Peace is your natural state.

Love is your natural state.

This is where you come from.

So as you take the next few breaths,

Imagine like from the inside of your heart,

Your beautiful,

Golden,

Kind heart,

The energy of peace and divine,

Unconditional love for yourself and for life is growing and growing,

Expanding,

Expanding with every breath.

As you inhale,

You spread this energy through your body.

And as you exhale,

You spread it around you and share it with the world.

Sending peace to all people,

To all beings.

Sending love and blessings to all.

I am peace.

I am love.

I am awareness.

Let your sense of consciousness within be strong and heightened.

Know that you deserve to experience peace every single minute of your life.

I am love.

I am awareness.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

I am awareness.

I am love.

I am awareness.

Not only when you are in nature,

In the forest or in the park.

Not only when you're asleep.

Not only when you go to a yoga class or take a few minutes to meditate.

You deserve peace each minute and it's also possible to be at peace at all times.

Grounded in this peaceful state.

Rooted like a tree in this peaceful state.

Your thoughts are changing.

The emotions are coming and going.

The situations in your life keep changing as well.

But what never changes and always stays the same is the awareness.

The awareness is the self.

So just know that you are it.

You are the peace.

You are the soul.

And let the soul guide you.
