This meditation is just a reminder for you that you are enough here and now as you are.
A reminder about your wholeness and uniqueness.
Make yourself comfortable,
Whether you're sitting down or lying down,
Just create a comfortable,
Safe and warm space to connect deeper with your awareness,
To give your body a little rest and to make more space in your mind.
Let's connect with the breath now,
Just taking a few slow and deep breaths,
Inviting more flow of oxygen into your body,
Into your brain,
Into your heart.
For the first 5 breaths I invite you to focus on your belly,
When you inhale the belly expanding,
When you exhale the belly relaxing.
And the next 3 breaths,
Focus on your chest,
When you inhale the chest is rising and expanding,
When you exhale is relaxing.
And for the next 3 breaths,
Focusing both on your belly and chest,
As you inhale your belly the chest is rising and expanding,
As you exhale the chest and the belly is relaxing.
Beautiful,
Just keep breathing like this and notice how you feel as you breathe with more awareness.
This is already a first step of a deeper connection with yourself and moving yourself from the focus on the mind,
Your thoughts and emotions,
To the space of awareness,
To the space of here and now.
Letting your body and letting your nervous system know that you are safe here,
That this is your safe space,
That you are supported.
And for the next few breaths,
If you want to,
You can place one or both of your hands on your heart,
Just to connect to the space of your heart even more,
To connect to the space of self-love with awareness.
Let the love be present within you.
Sometimes we get so lost in the mind,
Maybe you start comparing yourself with others,
Maybe you've spent too much time on social media feeling like you are worse than someone,
Like your life is not as cool,
Beautiful and rich.
Maybe someone has hurt you in the past and you're still finding it hard to forgive.
Maybe in your childhood you've always been pushed to do more,
You never felt like the work you've done was good enough or the things you said or the way you looked.
Just take some space to be with these emotions and these thoughts now.
Don't engage with them,
Don't go too deep into them,
Into their patterns of thinking.
Just be and observe.
And notice that all these feelings of not being good enough,
Not being strong enough,
Successful enough,
Whatever it is that doesn't make you feel good about yourself,
Realize that these are all thoughts.
They have been created in your mind by yourself or maybe they have been planted in your mind by some other people,
By some words of criticism or negativity,
But still,
You made them affect you and create how you feel about yourself.
Ask yourself now,
Is it all true?
Is it all true that I'm not good enough,
That I'm not successful enough,
That I don't do some things well or perfectly enough?
Do you want it to be true or do you want to let it go and not restrain you anymore,
Not stop you anymore from expressing your true power and your wholeness?
In this present moment,
Here and now,
Remind yourself I am exactly where I need to be on my journey.
I appreciate every step of my path.
I know my own power.
I am enough here and now.
What I do is enough.
Who I am is enough.
Stay in the space of openness and love for yourself.
Sometimes the mind is directing us to the space of self-pity,
Self-judgment,
Caring too much of what other people feel,
Comparing ourselves too much,
Thinking only if I do this or that I will feel like I'm good enough,
Only if I achieve this,
Only when I change this or only when I attract this.
Let go of all these limitations that are stopping you from expressing true love for yourself and acceptance,
That you don't have to do anything,
Achieve anything or be someone else to feel good about yourself.
The fact that you came to this world,
That you was born,
Is a miracle.
You are enough just by being yourself.
No one else is like you,
No one else has the same voice,
Smile,
Skills,
Ideas as you have.
You are unique and important in your own way.
Appreciate yourself,
Appreciate your life as the greatest gift you've been given.
And start walking through life with an open heart,
Knowing that you are perfect just as you are.
Take a full breath in,
Expand your heart even more and exhale,
Give yourself permission to be free,
To enjoy life just as you are.
