Plant the seeds of joy, peace and love in your mind and get rid of any unnecessary weeds, in the form of negative thoughts, limiting beliefs and unhealthy pattens. This meditation is a mindful visualization practice of letting go of what you don't need in your mind (and your life) anymore and creating something new - new, healthy thoughts, patterns, like a conscious gardener - planting the seeds of abundance and gratitude and nourishing the environment of your mind. Welcome in this peaceful meditation.

Today we'll be planting seeds and flowers of positive thoughts,

Of fresh energy and abundance in your mind and getting rid of any unnecessary weeds in your mind,

Any negative thoughts,

Any negative beliefs,

Changing them into something healthy and powerful so you can create a healthy and prosperous garden in your mind.

So let's just start by sitting comfortably,

Your back is straight,

Your shoulders relaxed,

Close your eyes and just notice how you feel in this present moment,

Observing your energy,

Observing your breath and if there is any tension,

Any discomfort in your body,

Just bring more relaxation there through longer exhales.

Let every breath bring you more peace,

Let every breath cleanse you from any heavy energies,

Let every breath nourish you,

Nourish your body and your mind from within.

Take three more deep and conscious breaths in this space.

Beautiful.

And here connect with your mind.

Notice what is the state of your mind today.

Is it full,

Is it overwhelmed,

Is it anxious or maybe it's calm,

Clear and peaceful.

Remember that here in this present moment you have the control over your mind.

So first let's choose to get rid of any unnecessary thoughts,

Beliefs in your mind.

Sometimes these thoughts are rooted so strongly in your mind that you keep holding on to them as they keep affecting your relationships with others,

With yourself,

They keep affecting how you feel about yourself.

Sometimes these thoughts are rooted far far in the past.

So imagine now like you are a gardener.

Open the doors of your mind to the garden of your mind and step into it.

And slowly,

Wherever you find some weeds in the form of dark negative thoughts,

Of limiting beliefs,

Anything that you don't need in your mind that is not helping you in any way,

Any worries,

Any fears,

Just pull them out of your mind slowly while you are walking around your mind's garden.

And as you are slowly getting rid of all these unhealthy weeds that are not nourishing the ground of your mind,

With the next 3 deep breaths let them go,

Completely detach yourself from them.

So inhale and full exhale,

Inhale slowly expanding and exhale fully relaxing.

And one more time.

And from here let's plant healthy seeds now.

Let's plant the flowers of joy,

Of peace,

Of abundance in your mind.

So on the places where those weeds used to grow,

Those unhealthy thoughts,

Just plant the seeds of whatever new and healthy thoughts,

Beliefs and patterns you wish to have in your A gardener that is taking care of his or her garden with love,

With peace.

Plant more and more of these seeds remembering that there is never too little of love,

Never too little of abundance,

Of hope and trust.

Take a few moments now to consciously plant these beautiful seeds.

And as you are finishing planting these healthy seeds now,

Water the soil,

Water the soil with the drops of your love so this environment where these plants,

The flowers grow is strong and healthy,

Full of different nutrients.

And just remember to keep nourishing and keep watering these seeds by sharing kindness,

By sharing peace,

By taking care of yourself each day and cultivating gratitude in your inner space,

In your inner universe.

Take the last three deep breaths here,

Feeling these positive thoughts,

The love within you,

The freedom expanding more and more.

And last deep inhale,

Exhale.

Let go and know that you have the control over your mind,

You are the gardener.

So choose to nourish yourself,

Choose to pay attention to your thoughts and keep expanding your awareness.

That's your path to freedom.
