Hello darling and welcome to this evening gratitude practice.
A space where we can connect to our inner peace and sink in deeper to the energy of relaxation.
You can do this meditation sitting down or lying down on your back.
Just make sure you are comfortable,
Your body is comfortable and at peace and you've got space to breathe in your lungs and in your heart.
Simply close the eyes and just take a few moments to simply check in with yourself,
To tune in with your breath,
Noticing the inner energy flow,
Noticing the flow of your thoughts or feelings.
Just observing all these inner changes and flows within you with the intention to slowly and slowly calm them all down and be more awake and aware of this present moment here and now.
And as you slowly deepen your breath and start expanding through your belly,
Your ribs and chest,
Invite more peace and relaxation to flow through your whole body,
To soothe you,
To soothe your nervous system.
And when you exhale release all the heaviness of this day,
Slowly releasing and letting go of all the thoughts and emotions you've been going through.
All the thinking,
All the worry,
All the fear,
All the thinking about the past or the future.
Becoming more and more connected to here and now.
Through your breath,
Through your senses,
Through your inner awareness.
Just simply being and observing from the inside,
Noticing any sounds you might be hearing,
The temperature of your skin,
The warm or cold air in your room.
Noticing your heartbeat and the space of love within you that never changes.
That always is within you through all the difficult life situations,
Through all the thoughts and emotions.
The space of love always stays undisturbed and strong.
Place one or both of your hands on your heart if you wish to and feel your heart expanding with every breath in and contracting with every breath out.
Feel your heart expanding with unconditional love and gratitude.
Simply appreciating the ability to breathe,
The gift of being alive and the gift of this human experience on earth.
Don't lose yourself in all the chaos and mess of the outside world that is so focused on doing,
Producing,
Achieving.
Always remember to find some quiet space for just being,
Just resting and listening.
Ignore yourself for taking this time today to be here to take a few deep breaths and to connect with your inner space of peace.
Give yourself some love for still being here.
For still being so strong.
Take a deep inhale,
Exhale,
Relax even more.
Now if you want you can stretch your arms over your body up to the sky and when you exhale just hug yourself,
Wrap your arms around your chest,
Your torso and just say to yourself,
