My name is Danielle.

Welcome to my channel.

This is a transformative 30-minute guided yoga nidra chakra meditation,

A practice to cultivate increased positivity,

Energy,

And focus in your life.

In the rush of our daily routines,

It's important to reconnect with the essence of balance within ourselves.

Today,

We explore the ancient wisdom of the chakras,

Seven energy centers that correspond to different parts of your body.

When these energy centers are aligned,

Harmony prevails in both mind and body.

When the balance is off or disrupted,

It can manifest as stress and or illness.

Our practice today aims to open and harmonize these chakras,

Allowing you to tap into a wellspring of positive energy and focus.

Take a moment to create your most tranquil yoga nidra space.

Adjust your surroundings for a peaceful ambience by dimming the lights and gathering comforting elements.

If you are lying on your back,

A blanket for under your head,

Pillows for behind the knees,

And socks if your feet tend to get cold.

Turn the palms to face up and let the legs naturally roll outward.

Minimize distractions as you settle into your yoga nidra practice,

The practice of non-sleep deep rest.

Now,

Make those final adjustments to enhance your comfort and begin this well-earned journey.

Close your eyes gently,

Signaling a shift from the external world to your internal landscape.

Soften your eyes,

Relax your jaw,

And we'll start the journey today with a grounding with a grounding breath pattern designed to center and anchor your awareness.

Now,

Inhale for two short breaths through the nose,

Taking in the soothing energy around you,

And exhale with a sigh through the mouth.

Two short breaths,

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Exhaling out through the mouth,

One smooth breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose two times,

And as you exhale,

Releasing the tension.

Let's repeat this breath pattern.

Inhale for two short breaths,

Through the nose,

And exhale with a sigh through the mouth.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Continue this pattern for three more cycles,

Allowing each breath to draw you deeper into the present moment,

Beginning to let go of layers and layers of stress and distractions.

Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest,

Sinking with the natural ebb and flow of your breath.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing tension from your body,

Allowing it to dissolve into the support beneath you.

Feel the physical body.

Begin with your toes.

Feel the sensation of relaxation spreading from your toes to the soles of your feet,

Releasing any tightness or discomfort.

Bring your awareness to your ankles and slowly moving up your legs,

Your calves,

Your knees.

Feel them gently sinking down into the surface beneath you,

Becoming heavy and grounded.

Continue to let go of the tension from your feet.

Continue to scan your body.

Move your awareness to your thighs,

Hips,

And pelvic area.

Completely let go whatever is causing you stress in the body.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you as you journey upward.

Notice the softening of your abdomen,

The release of tension through your chest,

And the softening or the relaxation in your shoulders.

Letting yourself explore each part of your body and consciously surrendering the tension,

The tension that you're holding throughout the whole body.

Each breath that you feel,

Imagine a wave of relaxation moving through those tight areas.

Let the whole body start to unfurl and relax,

Softening around the neck and the back of the head.

Feel the head becoming heavy to the ground.

Move your awareness to your face.

Relax your jaw.

Feel the cheeks widening and let go of any tension you feel in your eyes and your forehead.

Your entire body is now a sanctuary.

Feel the tranquil energy.

Feel yourself becoming grounded.

As you find yourself settled,

It's time to set a sankalpa,

An intention for this journey through the chakras.

A positive affirmation.

Bring your awareness to the center of your being.

Repeat your sankalpa silently to yourself.

Let the words echo in the vast stillness within you.

Feel the energy of your intention pulsating through.

You might already have a sankalpa or you might choose to practice the one here that I suggest.

I embrace the flow of life,

Trusting in the balance of my inner energies to guide me towards positivity and purpose.

Now as you hear my voice,

Let it guide you to each body part that I mention.

Imagine your consciousness as a gentle flowing stream meandering through the landscapes of your body.

Let your awareness gracefully travel through the regions of your body,

Inviting a deep sense of relaxation and connection.

Begin by gently turning your attention down to your toes on your right foot.

Feel the sensations in your big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And fifth toe.

Move to the sole of your foot,

The arch,

Heel,

Ankle,

The ankle joint.

Move up to the right knee.

Picture the knee as a pivot where the lower and upper legs meet.

Feel the soothing flow of awareness as it swirls around the knee.

Move up further now to the hip,

The hip joint,

The meeting point of the leg and pelvis.

Feel spaciousness and freedom.

Transition to the fingers of your right hand,

Thumb,

Index,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Pinky finger.

Feel the grace of your hands.

Glide your awareness over the palm of the right hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrist.

Move slowly up to the elbow joint where the lower and upper arm connect.

Picture this joint as a bridge,

Allowing the energy to flow effortlessly,

Relaxation spreading through the forearm and upper arm.

Shift your awareness to the shoulder joint,

A pivotal point connecting your arm to your torso.

Release tension,

Tightness.

Let it dissolve as you travel through the shoulder joint.

As you travel through the shoulder joint,

Move your attention now to your left foot,

Each toe,

Left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And fifth toe.

Move your awareness to the sole of your left foot,

The arch,

Heel,

Ankle.

Move up to the right knee,

The pivot between the lower and upper leg,

A soothing flow of energy swirling around the knee,

Bringing ease and release.

Move up to the hip joint.

Feel where the leg and pelvis meet.

Notice spaciousness.

Notice spaciousness.

Let your awareness hover here in the hip joint.

Now bring your awareness to your left hand.

Feel the tingling in each finger,

Left thumb,

Index,

Middle,

Ring finger,

And pinky finger.

Feel the whole hand,

Palm of the left hand,

Back of the hand,

The wrist.

Let the hand get heavy,

Releasing tension.

Move up to the elbow joint,

Where the lower and upper arm connect.

Once again,

Picture the bridge,

Allowing energy to flow with no effort at all.

Sense the relaxation spreading through the forearm and moving through the upper arm.

The left shoulder joint,

Connecting the arm to your torso,

Releasing and dissolving any tightness.

Move across the collarbone.

Now shift up to the jaw joint,

Both left and right side of the jaw.

Allow your awareness to hover over the jaw.

Feel any tension in the jaw releasing,

Leaving your facial muscles soft.

Continue this journey now to your neck,

The bridge between your head and torso.

Feel the fluidity in this region,

Allowing your consciousness to gracefully move along the vertebrae.

Feel the meeting point of your head and spine,

The crown of your head.

The crown of your head.

Feel the expansiveness in this space,

Like the vast sky meeting the horizon.

Your entire body is now bathed in the soothing flow of consciousness.

Now turn your attention to the dance of your breath.

As you inhale deeply,

Envision the breath as a warm current of energy gently rising from the base of your spine,

The root chakra.

Feel this nurturing energy ascending with each inhalation,

Moving effortlessly up the spine like a gentle stream.

Sense the energy journeying through the sacral chakra at the base of your stomach right below the navel,

Carrying with it the warmth of creativity and passion.

Allow the breath to caress this energy center.

As you continue to inhale,

Feel the breath rising up to the solar plexus right above the navel in the stomach area.

Picture the breath infusing this center with confidence and clarity,

Like a golden light illuminating the path to self-discovery.

Move the breath upwards,

Now reaching the heart chakra in the chest right between the lungs.

Sense the inhalation spreading love and empathy throughout your being,

Creating a garden of positivity within.

Inhale even deeper,

Guiding the breath up to the throat chakra located at the bottom of the throat.

Feel the breath clearing the path for your expression,

Allowing your truth to flow like a gentle breeze,

Allowing your truth to flow with ease.

Continue the journey of breath.

Follow it all the way up to the third eye chakra between your eyes and slightly above.

Picture the breath opening the gateway to your inner wisdom.

As you take the deepest breath yet,

Let it reach the crown chakra at the top of your head.

Envision the breath connecting you to the divine,

Creating a radiant halo of violet light that expands your consciousness.

Now,

Feeling your exhalations,

Letting the exhale slowly release from your body,

Allowing the breath to gracefully descend,

Carrying the revitalized energy back down through each chakra,

Crown,

Throat,

Heart,

Solar plexus,

Sacral.

With each exhale,

Sense any imbalance dissolving into the vastness of your inner space,

Connecting the base of your spine to the crown of your head and back down through each energy center.

Let each breath find balance and vitality,

Nurturing your inner space.

Let each breath find balance and vitality,

Nurturing the essence of your being.

Embrace the beauty of this interconnected flow and let it deepen your state of relaxation.

Now,

Visualize each chakra as a radiant,

Swirling pool of color and embrace the balancing of opposites that reside within.

Root chakra,

Picture the base of your spine bathed in vibrant red energy.

Visualize roots extending from your body deep into the earth,

Grounding you securely.

As you inhale,

Absorb the stability and support that the earth offers.

With each exhale,

Release any fears or doubts.

Let it go into the earth.

Shift your focus to the base of your stomach where an orange glow shines.

Imagine this chakra as a sunlit pool filled with creative energy.

Inhale the warmth of this radiant energy,

Allowing it to ignite your passions.

As you exhale,

Release any creative blocks into this glowing pool.

Visualize a bright yellow sun glowing at your core in the stomach area right above the navel.

Sense the warmth spreading through your entire being with each breath.

Inhale the confidence and clarity the sun offers.

Releasing any doubt or uncertainty.

Exhale,

Letting go of self-limiting beliefs.

Direct your attention to the chest where a soothing green energy resides.

Picture a blossoming meadow filled with flowers.

Inhale the fragrance of love and empathy.

Feeling your heart expand with compassion.

Exhale,

Releasing any emotional baggage or barriers that are no longer serving you.

Imagine a clear,

Light blue sky at the bottom of your throat.

Inhale.

Feel the purity of this vast sky.

Allow it to enhance your ability to express yourself.

Exhale,

Releasing any fears relating to communication,

Releasing any hesitation.

Shift your focus to the space between your eyes.

Third eye chakra.

A deep indigo glow.

Picture a beautiful,

Bright,

Blue sky.

A serene night sky filled with stars.

Inhale the wisdom of intuition.

Exhale,

Letting go of any mental clutter.

Embracing clarity.

Elevate your awareness to the crown of your head,

To the crown chakra.

A violet light shines.

Envision this light.

A radiant halo connecting you to the divine.

Inhale the expansive energy of your higher consciousness.

With each exhale,

Release any resistance to spiritual growth and openness.

Now,

Picture this color in each chakra.

Base of the spine,

Root chakra,

Red.

Root chakra,

Red.

Right below the navel,

Sacral chakra,

Glowing orange.

Above the navel in the solar plexus,

Yellow.

Heart chakra,

Green.

Base of the throat,

Light blue.

Third eye,

Indigo.

Crown chakra,

Violet.

As you breathe,

Move through the chakras,

Visualizing each color.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Light blue.

Indigo,

Violet.

As you continue to breathe gently,

Become aware of your physical presence in the space around you.

Feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you,

The air against your skin,

And the lightness of the air around you.

Feel the lightness of your body on the surface beneath you,

Feel the weight of your body on the surface beneath you,

The air against your skin,

The gentle rhythm of your breath.

With each inhale,

Feel the warmth and vibrancy of this prana infusing every cell of your body.

Creating an energetic field that extends beyond your physical form.

Imagine this energy field as a luminous aura surrounding you,

Shimmering with the vibrant colors of each chakra,

Each breath.

Allow this aura to expand,

Reaching out into the space around you.

Envision a radiant cocoon of positivity,

Vitality,

And purpose.

Bring your awareness to your heart center,

The source of love and compassion within you.

As you breathe,

Let this heart-centered energy expand beyond your body,

Touching the hearts of those around you.

Take a moment to acknowledge the power of your energy.
