Transcript

Rediscovering love for stillness.

Making yourself a nest to dive in.

And allowing the body to relax.

Observing the mind becoming softer.

Dissolving or widening.

As if there is more space for thoughts to be wandering around.

Without the need to be caught by them.

As we experience this wider sky of the mind.

We allow ourselves to drop into the belly.

And find this place of dance.

Where we become the movement of the breath.

As if we were just big whales.

Deeply breathing in the vast ocean.

Playing,

Floating.

Whenever we find ourselves far from this sense of playfulness.

Relaxation and aliveness.

We can ask our own heart to bring us back there.

Into spaciousness.

Into a place of belonging.

Again and again.

We can even enjoy this dance of coming back to the source.

Again and again.

And honestly.

There is no judgement.

There is no specific idea of how it should be.

But simply connecting with the longing.

With the aliveness of the heart.

And see where this takes us.
