Again it's nice just to have a sense of relaxation also keep ourselves nice and upright.

We can take one deep breath in through our nose and a nice long out breath through our mouth.

We can do that again a nice long in breath through our nose.

We just hold it for a minute just to build a little bit of tension and then we'll release it through our mouth.

Really feel that sense of relaxation in the body as you release that out breath.

And just connect with this sense of being present,

Being alive.

Today we're just going to notice the peace of that and the stillness of being alive.

Just notice how conscious awareness of being aware,

How the experience of it really doesn't take any effort and also it's just an experience of stillness and peace.

We can just rest in this knowing of who we truly are.

Which is this never-ending presence that's in all things and arises after this no thing and this no thing is peace.

This no thing is stillness.

This no thing is infinite.

It stretches out,

Pervades all space,

All objects,

All things.

Any object in your experience,

Being aware of it doesn't come with any sense of drama,

Any sense of tension,

All happens afterwards.

We add that experience onto an object.

We create this subject-object relationship when we believe there's a thing here and a thing over there.

When we create this sense of self that needs to do perceiving.

But this sense of self is only an illusion that's created in thought.

So there's nobody here that's doing the perceiving.

Perception happens,

Feeling happens,

Sounds happen,

Seeing happens.

There's no effort in any of those things.

We can just allow everything to come to us but even then when I say come to us that suggests there's something here that needs to do the receiving whatever,

Things coming to it.

This is where we're constrained by language.

This presence that you are,

This experience,

Experience,

Experience,

Experiencing itself just knows itself.

Just notice how peaceful that knowing is.

How that peace can flow out from you.

How it extends.

How it's never-ending.

You can't find a boundary to this peace.

You can't find a boundary to this stillness.

There's no edges to it because there's no edges to you.

You're infinite,

Vast.

You contain everything.

Just let go of this sense of identity,

This sense of you.

Let yourself dissolve into this space,

Into this peace,

Into this oneness,

Into this no-thing.

Just notice how loud the silence is.

There's no time here.

Time is an invention of the mind.

Time only exists in thought.

In this space beyond your thinking,

Beyond your mind,

There's no time,

There's no identity,

There's no noun,

There's no categories,

There's no labels.

Everything exists as it is.

It's just what is.

You don't need to push any experience away or resist it.

Just allow things to be as they are.

You can't be any other way.

It's just this.

This is never-ending peace.

This never-ending stillness.

This never-ending calmness.

When we say rest in peace,

We just mean this.

Rest in the peace of you.

Rest in the peace of knowing.

And everything arises out of this peace.

All your experiences,

All the history of you,

All your thinking,

All the objects,

The whole universe arises out of this peace.

This peace is the first thing that's going on and it's always been here.

You don't need to go outside in the world of things to find it.

You don't need to change the objects to find this peace.

The peace is in the object.

Peace is the object.

Peace is in knowing that there's nobody here to receive this peace.

This peace is who you are.

Just allow it to wash over you,

To consume you.

Notice how you don't need to do anything to find this peace.

It's already here.

It's always been here.

It was here before you were born.

It will be here after you die.

It doesn't go anywhere because you don't go anywhere.

Who you think you are,

Your identity,

Your noun,

Your label,

Your role,

Your category,

All exists after this.

This peace is in your heart.

This peace is in your breath.

This peace is in your soul.

This peace is in your family.

This peace is in your life.

This peace is in all things.

This peace is in all things.

This peace is in all things.

If there's still some chatter in the mind,

And just to let go of trying to hold on or change that chatter,

It naturally calms itself down when you don't give it any energy,

You don't give it any attention.

Allow the mind to return to its natural state of peace.

The mind wants to be peaceful.

Putting your conscious attention on that experience that keeps it going.

You open up your awareness,

Your conscious awareness to all things,

To the space,

To the oneness,

To the peace.

And peace is what you become.

Peace is what you are.

It's your natural state.

Allow life just to pass by when your peace,

Allow it to unfold,

Not get involved,

To not have drama.

This doesn't mean that you don't take action.

Now you just take action from a place of peace,

So that action flows from one moment to another.

I can rest in peace but still have all my emotions available to me.

I can rest in peace and be happy.

I can rest in peace and be sad.

I can rest in peace and be angry.

I can rest in peace and be joyful.

Peace is my foundation.

So it's your foundation too.

It's what everything is built upon.

It's never-ending.

The wave knows the ocean of peace that is beneath it.

The wave understands what it's built on.

The wave understands what it's made out of.

It doesn't seek or look at other waves for its experience.

It knows that it's peace.

It knows the depth of its experience.

So we'll rise and fall within this space of peace.

You I think you have to do to find this space.

There's no one you have to be.

No activity will get you here.

It's just a simple recognition of who you truly are.

It's just a remembering.

Just coming back to this space.

This is home.

This is what you're looking for.

It won't be found outside in the external world of things.

It's only found when you remove the subject.

You stop believing that there's a separate self here that needs to control everything.

Needs to keep moving things around to find this space.

Let go of the illusion of the separate self and then this peace is right here behind that illusion.

Just waiting for you to see through it.

Know it.

That is how everything just arises within this peace.

All the sounds you can hear.

Even my voice.

Within this space there's no you.

There's no me.

There's just this.

We're just the same.

My voice is arising within this space of peace that is you.

Space of peace is the one thing we all share.

It's the one thing that's going on.

It's the connection between us.

Everything arises within this space.

The whole life experience is right here.

So in a moment all we're gonna do is bring this space of peace back into our visual world.

Back into this sense of self.

Back into our body and into our day.

So whenever you're ready take one deep breath in through a nose.

A nice long out breath through your mouth.

Think open your eyes and come back to the room.
