Surrender breathwork for evenings, stressful times, moments of peace, to let go into the present moment, with the power of breath and if you wish, the power of essential oils to reinforce your experience. Sit in a comfortable position, on the mat, on the coach or your bed and follow my voice.

Welcome to this practice where we will surrender into the present moment.

This is a practice that you can do before going to bed or midday,

Maybe you're a bit tired or you simply feel like pushing pause and coming back to yourself.

It's prevalent.

We call that moment the recovery.

And it is not an uncontrolled action,

It is a mindset where we allow ourselves to think of nothing else but this present moment.

We start maybe by diffusing the sense of calm,

Like lavender,

Chamomile,

Or bringing in the role that you might have from a second best communicator.

Or you might just simply feel the light for a moment and connect to your breath.

On your mat,

I'd like you to connect with your sit bones,

Lengthen your spine,

Change parallel to the ground,

Close your eyes,

Connect with your breath.

Notice where it lands,

Where it goes through,

What it touches,

How that feels.

And whenever there are thoughts that take you away from this present moment,

Come back to your breath.

It's inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,

Or simply through the nose or through the mouth.

It doesn't matter.

Just follow it.

And allow yourself to be present.

Like nothing else matters.

Allow yourself to breathe a little bit deeper,

Taking longer inhales and maybe longer exhales.

Expanding your belly,

You inhale.

Starting to go deeper.

Letting go of the selections that don't serve you.

Ignoring those thoughts that are important right now.

Focusing on what is important.

It is simply present in this moment.

Connecting your mind,

Your body,

Your breath.

Deepening that breath in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

If it helps putting a hand on your belly,

A hand on your chest to follow,

You can do that.

You might have days that you want to put your hands on your knees facing upwards.

Or maybe even by your side for a little bit more stability.

Notice what works for you today.

Without judgment,

Adapt and breathe deeply.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Continue a couple of more times.

Have your eyes open or your eyes closed.

One last one.

And follow my guided breath work.

Go back to your natural deep belly breathing.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

At your own rhythm.

Notice how you're feeling.

Maybe you feel your heart beat.

Maybe you feel your energy flow or your chi.

Maybe you feel something else in your body,

Your physical sensation or something emotional that has been released or highlighted.

Just continue to breathe.

Feel your belly at your own rhythm,

Calming your nervous system.

Notice how you are in charge and how you are controlling what is happening inside of you while surrendering to what needs to be revealed.

Sations,

Emotions,

Energies.

Just breathe.

Deep into your bed,

Relaxing your body.

Being completely present in this moment.
