I like you to get comfortable wherever you are and I like you to close your eyes.

And first I want you to notice where you are.

So feel your body.

You might feel your feet on the floor.

Feel yourself on your chair.

And give yourself a deep breath.

And as you breathe just settle into that feeling that you are right there and you are right now and that you are in your body.

Beautiful.

And now I'd like you to imagine that you can feel your hips.

And that you're going to connect yourself from your hips,

The base of your spine,

All the way into the earth.

So imagine you're extending down.

You can feel like you're like a tree trunk or you can feel like a waterfall or just a beam of energy connecting you deeply into the earth.

And now as that happens notice how you're changing.

You're getting a little bit more present.

And imagine that you are sitting right behind your eyes.

So you're in the center of your head.

You're looking out.

You can see right through your eyes and of course they're closed.

And just notice how peaceful it is inside your head.

All that noise from the world is not in your head.

And just take a moment to enjoy that space.

I'd like you to notice are there any thoughts tugging at you.

Maybe something you have to do or something you're worried about.

And I'd like you to imagine that those thoughts are just floating by you instead of getting stuck.

So just let the thought come up and let it float by and maybe smile at it.

And let it,

Let's just let it float on by.

Beautiful.

I notice that here in the center of your head in this peaceful space is just you.

No other people.

Nobody needs anything from you.

This space is just for you.

And in this clear space,

In this clear feeling,

I want you to notice one drive that's inside you.

One thing that you are passionate or excited about.

Some dream that you have.

Something that being a little bigger than you are today.

This might be a bigger relationship for you,

Playing bigger in the world or helping more people.

Whatever it is,

Just let it come naturally.

And then just ask yourself very simply,

Is there a dream that you have that you're passionate about?

Then just ask yourself very simply,

Is this idea something original for you?

Or is it something that you were told that you're supposed to do?

Maybe you have a little bit of both and that part that you were told to do,

Just let it float away just like your thoughts.

Just refining and clearing a little bit.

And just keep the part that's just for you.

Now take a deep breath.

Notice that clarity of intention.

And very importantly,

How does it feel in your body?

Are you smiling?

Are you feeling energized?

Sometimes that's enough,

Just a feeling rather than a clear information.

Either way,

It's fine.

Slowly go ahead and open your eyes.

And you might be feeling a little bit more present than before.

That you're right with me,

That you're present in your body.

And that thing that you want is actually the thing for you.
