Meditation is a wonderful and powerful experience.

A golden opportunity to draw deeper into your own being.

Allow yourself a bit of time to practice meditation every day and you will witness tremendous rewards in your daily life.

In the next few minutes I will be your guide to help you delve into the deepest parts of yourself and meet the real you.

Even if you have never meditated before,

The sound frequencies used in this audio track will take you into a deep meditative state.

So now,

Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down.

Take care that your spine is straight and your arms and legs are uncrossed.

This allows your natural channels of energy to open and flow freely.

Before we begin,

Just release any existing ideas or thoughts and suspend any beliefs you may have about meditation.

Now close your eyes.

Pay attention to your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling and feeling the air fill your lungs and releasing negative energy on the exhale.

Continue to focus on your breath and as you do so,

Notice how your body is feeling.

Are you experiencing any tension in your body,

Perhaps in your neck or shoulder,

Back or jaw?

Just continue to focus on your breathing.

Allow your breath to go onto these tense areas and release the tension on your exhaling.

Bringing your attention to your breathing is the easiest and quickest way to bring your awareness to the present moment.

Feel your body relaxing now as you continue to observe your breathing.

Feel the tension leaving your body,

Leaving your hands and feet,

Your jaw and eyes.

Your neck and shoulders.

Feel your body relaxing now as you continue to observe your breathing and feeling more relaxed now.

You notice the occasional thoughts coming into focus in your mind.

Try and just observe the thought.

Is it an image?

A feeling?

A task?

Do not participate,

Just observe it.

Let it go by and return to listening to my voice.

Keep on focusing on your breath.

There is no need to hold onto any thought or follow it.

Whatever you have to do once this meditation is over,

You will remember.

So it is fine to release every thought and memory just for now.

As you focus on your breath,

You may be aware of the rise and fall of your chest.

Feel the relaxed,

Almost limp like state of your body.

Enjoy this relaxing,

Formless time that allows you complete freedom in time and space.

And now,

As you have your eyes closed and your palms turned upwards,

You feel deep rest and continue to observe your breathing.

You are feeling open.

Simply allow your mind to clear and remain open to any new sensations to manifest within you.

Let go of everything that holds you to your everyday life.

And just for a moment,

Pay close attention to your body and your spirit and allow them to tell you what they need.

That's right,

Allow your mind to be still so your spirit can take the form and your body can relax.

Enjoy the stillness and silence.

Now I am going to leave you in this moment of calm and peace just to experience the sensations of being.

Repeat in your mind the following words a few times.

Just be.

Just be.

Just be.

This will allow you to remain in the stillness of the moment.

Just be.

5/2018 I wasn't sure if I would enjoy the artificial voice as my meditation guide, but i was pleasantly surprised that its soothing tone for beautifully with the rest of the intentional sounds. Overall, this was soothing and allowed me to rest in the spaciousness of "universal infinity" - if only for moments at a time. I found myself hoping that what I heard here are sounds of the future! 😊. Blessings. ---- 2/2019 I had been searching for this meditation for awhile but couldn't remember the teacher or name. I just remembered the "artificial voice" ☺️ that was so soothing and centering. By chance, I found it last night when I needed a meeting with myself - my infinite self - more severely than I have in a long time. After several days of inexplicable heart-heaviness, the gentle guidance and utopian sounds helped release the anchor that was weighing me down so I could float back into the present. This meditation is really beautifully done. Thank you again! —- 2/21 I continue to return to this meditation when I really need some calm. The voice, the sounds, and the guidance really do help me enter a meditative space, even when I’m nit sure I can get there. Thank you again!
