Chin touch your chest and just hold the breath out of your lungs and stay in that space in silence for a few moments.
Stay present to the shapes,
Sparkles,
Colors,
Patterns,
Visions,
Images that maybe happen in the space behind your closed eyes.
When you can't hold your breath any longer,
Just go back to your natural smooth flow of breath.
Be present to the sensations in your body,
Maybe your body is bubbling with energy right now,
Maybe your body is vibrating right now,
It's warm,
Maybe you feel shivers through your spine,
Maybe you feel a little light-headed,
It's okay,
Calm all sensations,
Just immerse yourself in the vast finite universe behind your eyes in space,
Just be in this space in silence.
