Hello there and welcome to this astral projection recording,
Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.
First then let us set the scene,
Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions,
Your bedroom is ideal,
On your bed,
Lights out,
But equally you could lie on your couch in the living room,
Or in a reclining chair in your office,
Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.
So I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that,
And when my voice returns shortly,
The session will begin.
Tonight we'll be using the energy body awareness technique to induce an astral projection,
This technique in essence is a meditation designed to shift our focus away from the physical body and in turn towards our energy body.
Once settled on this shifted awareness,
We can harness control of the energy body and journey into the astral realm.
The opening phase of this technique is simple,
Relax,
In particular,
Relax the mind.
We'll do this by loosening our grip on the wheel,
No need to hold on to any worries anymore,
No need to hold on to any racing thoughts from the day,
Drop all of it and simply fall into the serenity of the moment,
Nothing is pressing on you,
There is space here,
And so rest,
Rest on your own for a while,
And soon my voice will return to guide you further along the way,
Now let's shift gears,
I want you to bring your awareness to each part of your body,
Slowly,
One body part at a time,
Starting at your toes and gradually moving up towards your head,
And I want you to sync this moving awareness with your breath,
So with each breath in,
Tense the muscles of the particular muscle group you're focused on,
And with each breath out,
Release that built up tension,
And imagine it melting away.
Start at the toes now,
And in your own time,
Move up to the legs,
Going at your own pace,
Doing each body part as many times as you like,
Returning to a previous body part if need be,
Tensing,
Then releasing,
Tensing,
Then releasing,
And in a moment,
I'll return to check on you,
You're doing great,
Whatever body part you're on now,
Continue,
Moving on to the next body part in your own time,
Or back to the previous one if you feel a need to return,
Remember,
You're conducting the pace of this exercise,
Slowly moving up from your feet to your head,
Tensing and releasing each muscle group as you go,
To create a sense of deep bodily relaxation,
I'll let you continue with this on your own now,
And when my voice returns shortly,
We'll move on to the next phase of the technique,
You did great,
You can stop now,
It's at this point I'd like you to shift your attention to the breath,
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing,
The rise and fall of your chest or abdomen with each inhale and exhale,
You can fully rest your attention on this now,
Like hanging a coat on a hook or a boat throwing down anchor,
And here you can rest for a while,
Soaking in that pleasant sense of stillness,
Of relaxation,
Using your breath to keep your mind present and focused,
And soon my voice will return,
With your body now relaxed and your mind effectively calmed,
You can begin to visualize your energy body,
Imagine it as an exact replica of your physical body but composed of a subtle light,
Picture this ethereal form lying within your physical body,
And let this vision build over the coming minutes,
Soon my voice will return,
And now,
As the vision of your energy body continues to build,
Start cultivating a sense of connection to it,
And tune in to any subtle sensations you may feel within it,
It might feel like a tingling,
Or a warmth,
Or a gentle pulsing,
Enjoy these feelings as they come,
Revel in them in fact,
And open your heart to any other experiences that may develop along the way,
Shortly my voice will return,
Now that you've built up a strong connection to your energy body,
I want you to instill an intention to separate it from your physical body,
Do so with affirmations,
I'm ready for my energy body to disconnect from my physical body,
You may think,
And add in a visualization too,
Visualize your energy body slowly peeling away,
Up and out of your physical form,
And soon my voice will return,
You are now oh so close to separating,
And so continue with the affirmations,
I'm ready for my energy body to disconnect from my physical body,
I'm ready for my energy body to disconnect from my physical body,
I'm ready for my energy body to disconnect from my physical body,
And let the visualization reach a crescendo too,
You're lifting up and out,
You see it all,
Shortly my voice will return,
As your energy body separates from your physical body,
You may begin to feel a sense of expansiveness,
Lean into this,
And use this newfound expansiveness to explore your surroundings,
Whether it's the immediate environment or the higher astral planes,
This is it,
Your astral projecting,
For now,
I remain by your side,
My voice reaching out to you,
From one realm to the next,
Seeing you on your way,
Regularly practicing the energy body awareness technique can deepen your connection to your energy body and enhance your ability to easily and efficiently astral project,
So going forward,
Make this practice a regular thing,
Set aside at least a couple of nights a week for these epic adventures,
And as you progress,
Know that the adventures are only going to get better,
