The next time you feel angry,
Stressed,
Or anxious,
Pay mind to your breathing.
Emotions are when negative emotions run high.
Your breath becomes short and shallow.
Breathing your emotions becomes more enabled when you breathe deeper and longer.
Breathing brings you home.
Body and mind harmonize together in the breath.
By becoming aware of your breathing,
You connect with your body's intelligence.
By slowing down your breath,
You become calm.
You immediately reduce stress levels and you begin flushing out your impulsive energy.
Find a comfortable position for this meditation.
Spinal column erect.
Maintain a nice straight back.
Hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.
Suddenly close your eyes and mouth now.
The ancient masters teach us the way to live life is one breath at a time.
One step at a time.
One day at a time.
Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose and out through the nose.
In long,
Deep breaths.
On your inhale,
Feel the air coming in through your nostrils.
Follow the air as it comes down your airways.
Tune into the expansion of your abdomen and belly.
On your exhale,
Follow the air up through your airways,
Through your nasal cavity and out your nostrils.
Be aware of this process,
Paying full attention to your breath.
From start to finish.
Now breathe in deeper by expanding your belly on your inhalation and relaxing your belly on your exhalation.
Control your breathing through your diaphragm.
Through your belly.
Without losing focus,
Just keep your attention on your breath.
Feel your breath as it enters through your nostrils,
Travels up through your passages,
Down the back of your airways.
Feel the expansion and relaxation of your lungs.
Draw in your breath a little deeper by expanding your abdomen region outward.
Then relax.
Follow the air back up through your airways as it travels back out through your nostrils.
One breath at a time.
Then breath in.
The breath is always available as an object of attention.
Whether formally in meditation or informally as a way to realign yourself with the present moment.
Sense your breath in your body.
Get in contact to a deeper aspect of your being.
Go deeper and deeper to connect to your body's wisdom.
When there is chaos and stress and everything feels out of place,
The one thing you can rely on is your breath.
It will reconnect you to the natural flow of life.
The natural order of the universe.
Sometimes all you can do is breathe and know that you are still breathing.
Here and now.
Embracing and connecting to the truth of your existence.
One breath at a time.
Moving through this breath.
And then the next one.
Connecting to your breath will allow your awareness to shine.
Donning light into a deeper state of experience.
In this state there is pure potential.
Harboring your creativity to be expressed.
Experienced.
One breath at a time.
Whenever there is stress,
Find your breath and stay connected with it.
Inhale.
Exhale.
One breath at a time.
Allow yourself to sink deeply into your breath.
Feel how good it is just to breathe in joy and harmony.
Breathe in the essence of peace.
And exhale your stress away.
Feel all your tension melt away.
With each breath.
You can anchor your attention into your breath no matter what you're doing.
This is the heart of mindfulness.
To be present enough to sense your breath.
The one thing that you can rely on if you're alive.
Just simply breathing in your sacred space.
Nowhere to go.
Nowhere to be.
Just one breath at a time.
Immerse yourself in this relaxation until the sound of the bell.
InhaleEPmmm electronic music.
