Transcript
Positive emotions are nutrients for the body.
In the same way that we need to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables to be healthy,
We also need a variety of positive emotions in our daily experience.
Every thought you have produces a chemical that signals your body to feel exactly the way that you are thinking.
Once you start feeling the way you are thinking,
Your body will generate an energy field to signal the brain to think exactly the way that you're feeling.
Thinking and feeling becomes a vicious cycle that we can easily get trapped in if our thoughts or feelings are negative.
If you wake up and have insecure thoughts,
You will start to feel insecure,
Which will drive more thoughts of insecurity resulting in a scattered energy field.
We all have our insecure days,
Which is fine,
But the crucial factor is that when we start to think and feel negative on a daily basis,
It starts to program ourselves to crave negative emotions.
After a certain point,
We no longer have to think or feel negative.
We just are negative.
Our bodies are programmed to live in a stressful,
Low vibrational state.
We embody a negative charge 24-7.
This is why it is crucial to practice positive emotions.
Yes,
Practicing how to trigger positive emotions is just like any other practice.
In the beginning,
It will feel like an effort,
But after some time,
It will come naturally.
The moment we feel good,
Our awareness expands,
Our senses become heightened,
And our stress levels are dramatically reduced.
Positive emotions are contagious,
So the more positive you are,
The more harmonious your relationships will be.
When every cell of your body emits and radiates positive energy,
Your aura will be amplified.
Your body field will create such an atmosphere that it will leave a positive imprint on everyone that comes into your field of experience.
This meditation is aimed at getting as much of your energy to be positive as possible so that you are a unified,
Connected,
Spiritual,
Grounded energy.
Find a comfortable position for this meditation.
Maintain a comfortable straight back,
Then gently close your eyes and mouth.
A wise man once said,
People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.
And that is exactly right.
Being lighthearted and enjoying your moment will lead to a successful,
Happy life.
Allow my voice to guide you on this journey within,
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go.
Just let go and allow yourself to embrace this practice.
Simply be present and in the moment.
Feel your body becoming relaxed with each breath.
Feel all the tension melt away.
Feel a strong emotion of abundance.
Now as you breathe in,
Take this strong essence of emotional energy and allow it to circulate throughout your whole body.
Anchor this energy into every cell of your body.
Anchor this energy into every cell of your body.
With each breath,
Feel your body breathing in this peaceful,
Loving,
Abundant energy.
Feel it circulating throughout your entire body.
Flowing through all your muscles and into your cells.
Feel this energy infiltrating and saturating every cell in your body.
Continue breathing in the essence of well-being and peacefulness.
Allow yourself to bathe in the essence of love and peace and let every cell of your body be saturated.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose.
Feel your cells rejuvenate and recharge from this essence.
Anchor this energy to every level of your body.
Imagine this energy healing and charging your whole body full of love.
Sense the essence of peace.
Sense the essence of love.
Sense the essence of joy.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose.
Now think back into a memory where you felt really happy.
You felt totally positive.
You felt fully alive.
Relive this memory that made you feel so good.
I'll allow you some time to go through this memory now.
As you go back into this memory,
Really feel it in your body.
Connect with the physical sensations that it brought to you and how it changed your energy.
How it gave you a strong emotional charge.
Feel the emotions that you felt.
Feel them with every cell in your body.
Intensify these emotions.
Intensify these feelings now.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose.
Express a genuine smile and allow your body to feel the highest form of love.
Feed yourselves the energy of love.
Embody positive,
Heartfelt emotions and let them just course through your whole body.
Circulating through your blood,
Tissue,
Bones,
Organs,
Skin and beyond.
See how intense you can generate this emotion through your memory.
Now let the memory go.
Only focus on the feeling.
Allow this feeling to take over your entire body.
Channel this energy to nourish your body.
The more positive your attitude towards life is,
The more optimistic,
Upbeat,
Content,
Uncomplicated and happy you will be.
And the longer you're expected to live.
Remember,
Your body responds to the way you think,
Feel and act,
So being positive pays dividends to your well-being.
Cultivating positive states of being over time.
Cultivating positive states of being over time can help you become more resilient in the face of crisis or stress.
Now repeat after me.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am joy.
I am happiness.
I am confidence.
I am grateful.
I am compassionate.
I am grace.
I am loved.
I am protected.
I am secure.
I am worthy.
I am blessed.
I am beautiful.
I am courageous.
I am present.
I am enough.
I am brave.
I am greatness.
I am.

Embody this feeling of positivity for the rest of this practice.

And coming back to the body now.
To our senses.
To the room that we're sitting in.
To our surroundings.
Gently open your eyes when you're ready to end this practice.
