Transcript

Find a comfortable position for this meditation.

Find a nice,

Straight back.

Place your hands on your knees,

Or with your palms facing up,

If you wish to lay down for this practice.

Gently close your eyes and your mouth.

Let's start by taking in a few deep breaths.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

Focus on your breath.

Just be aware of your natural breath.

Be aware of how your breath goes into your belly,

And out of your belly.

Pay attention to the sensation of the breath as it comes down your airways and into your lungs.

Try and feel your lungs absorb the oxygen with each breath.

Feel the breath as it leaves your body.

Now breathe deeper by expanding your abdominal region.

Be aware of the rise and fall of your abdominal region with each breath.

Feel the sensation of the breath on your nostrils.

Feel the coolness with each in-going breath.

Feel the warmness with each outgoing breath.

One breath at a time.

Be in each breath from beginning to end.

Follow your breath.

Bring your attention inwards.

Be aware of your body.

Scan your body up and down for the next few moments.

Being mindful of any physical sensations.

Be aware of how your body is feeling.

Take a few deep breaths in and out.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Feel your breath as it enters your body and as it leaves your body.

Starting to disengage from your mind.

And only being in your breath.

Full attention on your body and your breath.

Relaxing the body.

Breathing in and out.

Letting go and allowing yourself to be fully in this moment with your breath.

To render to your breath.

Follow your breath for the next few moments.

Allow each breath to take you into a deeper state of relaxation.

Relaxing the body.

Letting go and allowing yourself to be fully in this moment with your breath.

Letting go and allowing yourself to be fully in this moment with your breath.
