Welcome to this meditation with me Nick Chung.

This meditation is to tap into your intuition using your body.

Now this is a really easy exercise to tap into your body's wisdom.

It's deep inner knowing of what is intuitively the best path for you.

I personally love doing this when my mind is unclear and I have a decision to make.

I would highly recommend doing this firstly on really simple decisions so you can learn to know your body's yes and your body's no.

And then working your way up to more complex decisions.

So settle in and let's get started.

So just finding a quiet space where you can be fully present with no interruptions throughout the duration of this meditation.

And when you're ready,

Placing your feet gently on the earth and becoming aware of the contact between the bottom of your feet and the ground beneath it.

And as you take your attention down to your feet,

Allowing your breath to consciously enter in your body and exit out of your body.

Taking a few deep breaths to centre your mind to bring all of your attention here and now and to find and become aware of the presence of your body.

As you breathe in,

Notice how your body expands outwards.

And as you breathe out,

Notice how your body contracts downwards.

And each breath in that you take create more space within your body.

And each breath out,

Letting yourself relax and sit deeply within.

And taking a few more deep breaths in and out,

Noticing the sensation of breath into your body and out of your body.

Now I want you to do a quick body scan and from your toes,

Bringing your attention all the way up through your ankles,

Your feet.

And as you're moving your way up your body,

Just noticing if there's any part of your body that is holding on,

That is tight,

Perhaps even painful,

Feels blocked,

Strained,

Compacted.

Just noticing them as you move your attention from your feet all the way up through your legs,

Through your pelvis,

Through your stomach,

Through your chest,

Through your arms,

Through your neck,

Through your head.

And as you breathe out,

Letting those parts that you've noticed just fall and relax even deeper.

So breathing in,

Scan your body,

Notice any tension,

Tightness.

Breathing out,

Letting that tension or tightness fall away with the breath out.

And taking a few more deep breaths like that consciously,

Becoming aware of the spaces in your body and consciously creating more space as you relax and you let go of more tension through the artery.

And now let's play.

So your body is now ready to receive energy from below and above,

Drawing your attention to the centre of the earth and asking that energy to come up through your feet and settle in your heart space.

Drawing energy from your in-breath from the centre of the earth,

Breathing it in through your feet all the way into the centre of your heart and returning that energy on the out-breath all the way through your body to the centre of the earth.

And a few breaths just there,

Drawing it in-breath from the centre of the earth all the way through your body into your heart and all the way back down again.

This time as you breathe in,

Drawing all the way up and bringing your attention to about 100 metres,

3 feet above your head.

And up here,

This spacious energy,

This light energy comes back down,

Pouring over the top of you and into your heart space.

Drawing energy from above in the in-breath,

Pouring down into you and then returning it in the out-breath.

And now I want you to draw from both below and above with your in-breath centred in the heart space.

So drawing a breath from the centre of the earth and above you.

Drawing dark and light into the heart space.

Holding for a moment,

Feeling the two mingling in your heart space and then when you're ready,

The out-breath returns the energies to above and below.

Another deep breath draws from both below and above into the heart space and hold for a moment,

Feel the two energies mingling in your heart and then letting go.

And now just settle into your mind's eye,

Take your attention to the third eye.

So asking your body to show you what yes means.

So form a yes in your mind's eye.

Repeat the word yes in your mind's eye or even out loud and notice how your body feels.

Notice how it feels responding to a yes.

And then breathing that out,

Maybe shaking your body.

And now asking your body to show you what a no means.

And repeating no in your mind's eye or out loud.

And just notice the sensations of your body.

How does a no feel in your body?

Is there a particular part of your body that responds more strongly to a no?

Or is it a whole body sensation?

So now we're going to form your question to ask your body so that you can tap into the intuition that is held in your body,

That deep inner wisdom of your body.

So making sure it's crystal clear what it is that you're asking for and forming it in a way that is a yes or no.

So taking a moment to form that question.

And when you're ready,

Say it in your mind's eye.

If you want,

You can even say it out loud.

And when you have done that,

Just notice how your body feels.

Every single part of your body.

Notice if it feels expanded,

Light,

Radiant,

Spacious,

Open.

Perhaps it's even tilting forward.

Or pulling you forward.

Or notice if it feels tense,

Tight,

Restricted,

Cold,

Closed.

Maybe even painful or perhaps you might feel like something is tugging you backwards.

So ask your body,

Is this a yes or is this a no?

So take your time to receive your answer from your body.

Notice if it's a yes for you or a no.

So that's the end of this meditation for tuning into your body to get a clear channel for your intuition to come through.

I hope this was very useful for you and remember that all of this takes practice.

So if you didn't get a clear answer,

Perhaps starting with a smaller question that is of less importance to you.

So you can use this even choosing food that you wish to eat or whether you should go out with your friends on a certain day.

Like really play with getting to know how your body responds to yes and how your body responds to no.

And then as I said earlier,

Work your way up to the more complex decisions that might be hidden behind a lot of emotion.

And make sure that you take your time to really come into the body,

Out of the mind and into the present moment so that you can feel that yes or that no from your body.

Thank you for joining me and I look forward to the next time that we spend together.

Thank you for this! Should I trust the first thing I feel when I say Yes or No in my mind's eye? Or do I need to stay there for a few seconds to get the right answer? I am not sure how to recognize if it's my body's knowing or my thoughts based on the answer I want to get. I appreciate your help. Much love
