In accordance with the Universal Law of Resonance, you will discover how to set clear intentions, pay attention to what unfolds, and have the willingness to receive it.

Welcome and thank you for joining me for this short talk and guided practice on setting intentions and manifesting based on the universal law of resonance.

I wanted to share this approach that I've been using and teaching for the past 20 years because the New Year is approaching,

The solstice is approaching,

The valves are thinning as we approach a significant astrological shift into innovation and the collective.

So as you may know,

Everything is energy.

Everything in the universe is in a constant vibratory state.

We are vibrating electromagnetic photons and the universal law of resonance simply means vibrations of same harmonious frequencies resonate with each other.

So our thoughts,

Our emotions,

Our energy,

Our sensations,

And our intentions ultimately are all energy and they are vibrating at frequencies which attract other frequencies or match harmonious frequencies.

So sending out our thoughts,

Beliefs,

Emotions,

Intentions,

They send out and attract like a magnetic force or they find resonance.

Using the universal law of resonance to set clear intentions and manifest,

There are basically three steps.

Number one is setting a very clear intention.

Number two is paying attention to how the universe responds and number three is the willingness to receive.

So starting with number one,

Setting a clear intention.

You have to remember that we have very conscious parts that will be setting the intention but there are also unconscious parts of ourselves that sometimes can sabotage those intentions.

I will clarify that in number three,

The willingness to receive.

So first and foremost we need a prayer statement to the universe God or creator of what our intention is and it is to be said in gratitude as if it is done.

And then and I really recommend writing it down and it may take a little bit of time to find it the right statement that's really clear in gratitude as if it's already been done and then we have to be it.

We have to imagine as if it's already happened and we do this by noticing how we feel when we believe it is done with gratitude.

So what emotions do you feel?

What sensations do you feel?

What energy do you experience?

How do you feel in your body?

It's not about an outcome.

It's not about an attachment.

It's not about saying this is how it's going to be.

It's about how you are,

How you feel,

How you be as if this is happening and I'll give you an example.

So a lot of people I've worked with and myself included have wanted to manifest a partner in their life and often people are thinking about what that partner should be like and what that partner does and looks like and you know how he or she is versus how they want to be in a partnership.

So when you set the intention you let go of any stipulations or outcomes or attachments and you actually start to be,

Experience,

Feel what it would be like to be in a partnership and get your needs met and feel the way you want to feel and then you start to experience that and act as if that partner is in your life and resonating with you and it doesn't matter what she or he looks like or does or how they come into your life.

It's simply trusting,

Believing,

Feeling,

Experience,

Being how you want to be in a partnership.

I know I wanted to be really playful.

I wanted to feel seen and connected and accepted for all parts of myself but most of all I want to joy and play in my partnership and so that is how I felt.

That's how I behaved in the world.

That's how I treated myself.

That's what I experienced in my body like as if they were in my life and I was feeling and being the way that I wanted to be with that partner and I did manifest a partner and we have been together for 13 or 14 years and it is exactly how I wanted it to be and how I get to be and I'm extremely grateful.

So that's one example.

Let's say you wanted to manifest abundance or prosperity or you wanted to manifest using your gifts in the world or having clear purpose.

Whatever it might be you need to feel in.

You need to be embodied as if it is happening with gratitude and what do you actually feel?

How are you actually showing up in the world?

How are you treating yourself?

That will attract what it is you are trying to manifest.

Now on to number two.

Number two is about paying attention to how the universe responds and this is a very vulnerable step because you have to sit in your neutral observer or your witness consciousness and just pay attention to what you're drawing towards you.

What's showing up?

How the universe is responding and saying hmm that's interesting,

That's interesting,

Tell me more and really be in the flow with it.

Really being in the divine unfolding,

Allowing the emerging of what you have sent out there and trusting and having faith knowing you're not in control of how it shows up or when it shows up.

You just need to be paying attention and going with the flow and then sit in that willingness to receive and respond and I'll speak more about that because that's step number three.

But number two is the willingness,

Having the willingness to receive and to respond to what is showing up and doing your best not to overthink it but to allow your sensations and emotions and experience and observations to guide you.

Because we all know when we overthink we go up into our heads,

We're out of our bodies and we probably make it a lot more difficult than it needs to be.

So then step number three,

You've set the intention,

You're paying attention to what's coming towards you and number three is the willingness to receive and that can be challenging and we can be very vulnerable and it is showing us this the universe responding to our intention is showing us what's in the way of our receiving and what we need to clear so we can totally receive what we're trying to manifest.

And so this means releasing attachments to the outcomes because when we in our brain have an outcome in mind or we're attached that may or may not happen but what really happens is you've stopped the magic and the mystery and the divine from bringing something even greater than we can think about in our brains to us to respond to our intention to show us what we really can manifest.

So this is an important and often misstep is the willingness to receive and to respond and to clear what's getting in the in the way.

You know old beliefs,

Old patterns,

Old stories.

We need to clear all this so there's clarity in the magnetic force that's being sent out so we can really really receive the mystery the magic the beauty the brilliance of what we've intended and so it's very important in this particular step to have gratitude with what is coming your way even if it's messy even if it's hard lessons.

In this step I've witnessed people being challenged by their belief systems for example their fear of vulnerability or their attachment to the scarcity model or maybe there are people who give too much and have difficulty receiving to begin with.

So a lot can show up here and you just need to be paying attention and allowing yourself to let go and clear and get the unconscious parts.

Remember I said in the beginning when you set a clear intention there's unconscious parts and they sabotage us and they are parts of our self and so it's really important as they show up to shift them to transcend them and to let them go.

I know when my partner showed up he was not what I imagined ever and in the way in which he showed up and the timing it was very very messy but I was still an immense gratitude because I trusted the universe the divine God.

I felt as if my prayer had been answered and I needed to go with it and I am immensely grateful that I did.

So now I would like to do a practice and I'm going to invite you to set a very very clear intention the best you can so think about that for a moment and write it down if you can.

And again I want to remind you that when we do this in a prayer statement in gratitude then we have to begin to do the hard work which is to act as if it has already happened and to pay attention to how the universe is responding what we are receiving and being willing to pay attention and respond to what is coming our way even if it's messy old stuff that we need to release.

And so just some examples of intention setting I've seen when I've been working with people to give you some ideas.

So with gratitude I am living my purpose.

I'm grateful to share my life with my equal.

I'm grateful to share my wisdom in my work.

I'm grateful to share my gifts.

I'm grateful to embody and accept my gifts.

With gratitude I receive abundance or prosperity or clarity.

I'm grateful that I'm healthy and fit.

I would invite you to take a moment and get really clear about your intention and if that means you have to turn this off for a few minutes and get that before you start the practice because now I would like to facilitate a guided practice on setting intentions and manifesting using the universal law of resonance.

Please find a comfortable position whether you're standing firmly with both feet on the ground or you're sitting comfortably in a chair with both feet on the ground.

Take a moment to just pay attention to your breath.

To notice your breath.

You don't have to change anything about your breath.

You're just bringing all your awareness and attention to your breath.

And experience your breath in your body.

Now I'm going to invite you to imagine that the base of your spine and the bottom of your feet are softening and expanding with your breath so you may allow you may receive the supportive nurturing energy of our earth that supports your physical form and allows you to ground deeply and plug in to the planet,

Allowing your grounding cord to anchor you.

And just breathe allowing that energy to come up traveling up your legs and your spine.

Now we want to call in your unique vibration,

Your unique frequency sound.

So I'm inviting you to say your name to yourself a couple of times,

Allowing the energy to come in through the top of your head and your hands,

Traveling through you to the earth.

The earth needs your unique vibration.

It needs the frequencies.

So as you're receiving the earth energy you are giving the earth your brilliance,

Your sound,

Your vibration and your body is the conduit.

As these energies travel and in this giving and receiving,

In this reciprocity,

Your heart center expands,

Your spiritual center of your heart expands,

Allowing you to drop more fully into your body,

Into your physical form,

Into your heart center.

And from this space,

This beautiful center in your body,

In your energy body of your heart,

The center for self love,

The center for spiritual opening,

The blending of the body and the soul.

From this place where caring and love and gratitude and joy all reside,

Breathe in and with gratitude very clearly,

Out loud,

State your intention as if it's already happened.

And just keep breathing into your heart center,

Knowing you have clearly set an intention that you are sending out with gratitude as if it's been done.

And then with your neutral observer or your silent witness,

Just notice,

Just observe and be aware of how your body feels.

What sensations are you experiencing?

What emotions or feelings are arising?

What do you notice about your energy?

Both inside your body and around you.

Feel the vibrations,

The frequencies,

The sounds.

See maybe the colors.

Notice any deep wisdom that arises.

And I invite you,

As you open your eyes and move into your day and world,

That you remember to pay attention to what may be coming your way and ask for the willingness to receive and to respond to what you might attract,

Knowing some things may need to be cleared to make the space for you to truly manifest this intention.

Hi Maureen..so this is the 4th time through and I am going to do this daily..I know what I’d like to manifest..and that is a relationship for sure..and I even have an idea of what..however, I know that it can only happen if I work with the universe..surrender it...but cocreate which I am going to try to do through surrender. This I will keep com8ng back to because I don’t feel I can do it alone
