Relaxation Meditation This meditation is based upon the teachings of Dr.
Joe Dispenza and our own self-explorative processes of personal meditation and the study of different teachers and masters in consciousness and self-awareness.
Find a comfortable place where you can either sit or lay down.
When you are ready,
Gently close your eyes and let go.
Let yourself feel what you feel.
Whatever that is,
Then relax.
Now become aware of the space of your body in space.
And the space that your body occupies in space.
And as you become aware of the volume of space that your body occupies in space,
Intend to slow down your breath.
Becoming aware of your breath,
Gently slowing down.
Feel your breath relaxing.
And feel your body responding to the relaxation of your breath.
Feel the muscles of your body soften.
Feel the layers from your outer skin inward into your muscles,
Your organs,
The deepest cavities within the space of your body relaxing,
Opening.
Become aware of this feeling of expansion in space.
Become aware of the softening of each and every cell in your body in space.
Feel yourself relaxing more and more and more.
As you relax within the space of your body in space,
Become aware of the energy flowing freely throughout your entire body.
Restoring,
Rejuvenating,
Healing any part of your body that needs it.
As you relax more,
More energy flows.
As more energy flows naturally,
You relax more.
Feel yourself surrendering to this energy.
Relaxing into it.
Allying for any layers of thoughts,
Of emotions,
Of pain,
Of sensations,
Memories.
To come up and release.
As stored energy continues to release and clear,
More and more new energy flows in.
Filling each and every cell of your body with healing,
With relaxation.
Feel your body expanding in space,
Opening more and more and more.
As you become aware of the energy of relaxation,
Filling your entire body,
Each and every cell of your body.
You sink deeper and deeper into this deep state of relaxation.
Becoming one with it.
Feel what it feels like to be completely relaxed,
To become relaxation.
Embodying the feeling,
The sensations,
The energy of complete relaxation.
Sensing it within you and all around you as one.
Anytime that anything comes up on the screen of your mind,
It takes you out of this feeling of relaxation,
Of this deep,
Deep state of relaxation.
A light to surface as you continue to relax,
As you continue to merge with this deep relaxation.
And let it release.
Let this other layer come up and dissolve.
Continue to expand in this space,
To open,
To unfold.
Becoming one with the energy within and all around you.
Relaxing so deeply that your body disappears,
Merges and becomes one with space.
Becoming one with the energy within and all around you.
Continuously unfolding and dissolving any aspects of ego.
Any fear,
Any thought,
Any belief,
Anything that is not complete stillness,
Without thought.
Becoming one with the energy within and all around you.
Becoming one with the energy within and all around you.
Remaining completely still,
Silent,
Suspended in space.
One with it.
One with the stillness.
One with the silence.
One with the energy.
Allowing your body to go back to that pure energy state.
Before form,
Before thought,
Before matter.
And in this timeless space,
Outside of time and space.
Simply being aware.
Aware that you're aware.
Outside of mind.
Outside of body.
Outside of matter.
No longer identified with anything,
Anyone,
Any space,
Any time.
Experiencing yourself as pure energy.
Experiencing pure energy outside of any self.
Completely disidentified from the senses and sensory inputs.
As pure energy.
Outside of thought without thought.
Outside of form without form.
One with this pure energy.
And as an awareness,
Aware that you're aware.
Aware of the pure energy within and all around you.
Become aware of this sense of gratitude in your heart for this experience.
Of complete stillness.
Of complete silence.
One with pure energy.
Grateful for this experience outside of time and space.
In the field.
Knowing that you can come back to this space outside of space and time.
Come back to this pure energy state anytime you choose.
Experiencing the healing benefits of this stillness and silence.
Coming back to a new time,
A new space,
A new energy,
A new body,
A new mind.
Filled with new energy,
With the deepest sense of relaxation.
Becoming aware of the space around you.
