Remember your true self.
Be dependent of whether you are doing this meditation in the morning,
In the afternoon,
In the evening,
Or in the middle of the night.
Let go of what you were previously doing.
Let go of all expectations.
Let go of all you need to do.
And just be here,
Present to all sensations,
Sounds,
Thoughts,
And experiences,
Including the breath.
Notice that you are aware of all of these various experiences.
Notice that after one breath,
There comes another one.
That after one sound,
There comes another one.
That after one sensation,
There comes another one.
Notice that awareness remains unchanged,
No matter what objects of experiences appear within it.
It remains open,
Empty,
Changeless,
Vulnerable,
All-encompassing,
Infinite,
And ever-present.
It does not know previous or next.
It only knows the current experience.
Notice also that every experience appears within awareness and fades back into awareness.
Notice that every experience appears within awareness and fades back into awareness.
Now if you ask yourself,
Who am I?
Are you a feeling,
A thought,
A sensation,
A body?
Or are you rather that which is aware of those things,
That which cannot be removed from experience,
That which has no beginning and no end?
Notice that every experience appears within awareness and fades back into awareness.
This experience now is what the great mystics have referred to as You know thyself and you know God.
You were created in God's image.
There is no outside of you.
I and my Father are one.
This is not a theory or a belief.
It is our actual felt experience.
It is who you are.
It is truth.
All things arise and fade in you.
As such,
All things are made of you awareness.
Meditation is not a practice to do for 10 or 20 minutes a day.
Meditation is who you are.
You are always awareness.
Be.
Love.
Know.
Only this knowing,
This presence.
Yourself.
Thank you.
