A guided meditation to help see the infinite pathways we can have access to. We often want to try to control something to go a certain way but if we try to control then we are not allowing the universe to help support and guide us. Let go, trust, surrender and get excited about opportunities that you didn't even know existed. A meditation to listen to in any moment that you're feeling overwhelmed or like things aren't going the way you expected.

So we're just going to start by taking a nice deep breath in and out.

While then closing your eyes,

Finding yourself a nice comfortable seated position.

And then just notice where your breath is going in your body.

Notice the natural rhythm of where your breath is right now.

Notice what that one deep breath in and out did to your body.

And just slowly start to become aware of the present moment of how you're feeling.

And take your focus inside.

You've got nothing else to do and nowhere else to be.

Take this time for you.

Just noticing the breath going into your body and coming out of your body.

Taking those breaths deeper,

Making them longer.

And if you need to get yourself more comfortable,

Then start to soften each part of your body.

See if you're holding any tension.

Slowly let go.

Become aware from the top of your head,

All through your face,

Relaxing your muscles.

Relaxing your neck.

Softening in your shoulders.

All the way down your arms.

And putting your hands just naturally where they fall,

Where it's comfortable.

Softening all down your chest and your belly.

Releasing any tension in your back.

Making sure you're nice and comfortable and you're letting the seat that you're on take the weight of you.

Feel the support from the seat.

Softening your hips,

Your legs,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Just notice any feelings or any sensations that you might have in your body.

Notice where your mind is.

Just start to become the observer of everything.

Observer of how you're feeling,

Observer of how your mind is,

Whether it's busy or calm right now.

And know that you are not your mind,

You are every part of your body and your soul going out into your aura.

When we come to these moments of calm and meditation,

It's a reminder for us that we are more than just our mind.

We are more than just our thoughts.

We are more than the feelings that come and go.

Just take a moment to have that awareness of being more than all the little things.

When you start to observe those feelings and observe those thoughts,

You start to have a balance and a presence about you.

Knowing that everything's okay,

Knowing that we can just focus our breath and focus our breathing.

And then,

Start to feel any sensations that you might feel now that you're in this calm and in this present moment,

That you might not have felt before,

When your mind was distracted on other things.

And slowly feel yourself settling,

Bringing all your energy back from your day or from your week.

And when we settle,

Know that we can settle even more into this present moment and each new present moment.

Notice that you're calming your nervous system.

Notice that it's okay to have thoughts still in your mind.

We're just becoming the observer.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Connecting to you,

Connecting to all parts of you.

And as you connect to yourself,

All parts of yourself,

You start to be able to open up,

Open up to some different ways of thinking,

Open up to calmer thoughts,

Open up to energies around,

Open up to positive feelings,

Open up to acceptance and gratitude,

And just taking that time to slow down.

Open up to being responsive instead of reactive.

Open up to our intuition,

Our inner knowing.

Notice that when you're in this calm,

Peaceful,

Present state of mind,

Where we are the observer of our whole self,

We can open up to even more things,

Infinite possibilities.

Just take a moment to feel what that means for you.

It's just a reminder that we can plan lots of things,

But there's always other options.

There's always other solutions if things go wrong.

And because there's always other solutions,

It means there is no wrong,

There is no right.

There just is experience.

Imagine in front of you a beautiful pathway,

And that pathway has lots of other pathways leading off it.

Imagine now floating down that path,

Seeing where you might go,

Opening all those different pathways up for you.

If we plan everything and we expect things to go a certain way,

We're not allowing ourselves to see the other pathways.

If we have expectations,

Then we have wrong and right.

If we have acceptance,

Then we have growth.

We have experience.

Take your soul to all those pathways and ask to be shown the pathways that align to you the most,

The pathways that are going to let you grow and thrive,

And learn any lessons along the way.

Because say an affirmation in your mind about opening yourself up to different pathways,

Ones that you didn't even know that existed.

I trust I am safe.

I trust the pathways are for my highest good.

I enjoy experiencing life with my inner trust.

And anytime you feel yourself expecting,

Bring yourself back to these pathways with infinite possibilities.

Bring yourself back to this space of being open to new ideas,

To new solutions.

And they'll just come.

You don't need to work hard for them.

Once you open yourself up,

They'll come to you.

I trust they'll come to me.

You can think in this moment of a colour or an image or a feeling that takes you back to these pathways,

Takes you back to these different ideas and different solutions,

Takes you back to being open.

Something that will let you get there in an instant in your mind.

Anytime you feel something's going wrong,

Remember everything is experience.

There is no wrong and right.

It's just experience and how we respond.

But take a nice deep breath in and release anything you need to release as you exhale.

Release any expectations.

Breathing in.

And as you exhale,

Release those expectations,

Release those things that you think are wrong or right.

Know that you can be guided.

Know that you can be guided whenever you want.

You just need to ask.

And now we're going to wrap ourselves around as we just become open.

We're going to wrap ourselves around in a blue light of protection.

Nice glowing blue.

Know that you are safe,

That everything is okay.

We are here to experience.

And then when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back to the room that you're in.

Bring your awareness to your body and start to move your body.

And then when you're ready,

Just start to open your eyes.
