The intention of this meditation is to allow you to feel a sensation of expansion as though your awareness is able to stretch into the space beyond your body. This practice will leave you feeling calm, open, and peaceful. We’ll start in a grounded way by first feeling your physical body and then we’ll move into allowing the awareness to expand beyond the body. This will give you a taste, a sense of freedom and openness.
