Heart coherence is a state in which your heart,
Mind and emotions are an energetic alignment and cooperation.
A state that regenerates you,
In which your personal energy is accumulated and your resilience grows.
A state that helps you to tap into your intuitive source of wisdom.
You experience improved mental function and ability to focus.
It creates mental clarity,
Helps with bigger picture thinking,
Improves your memory and reaction time and leaves you with more energy to manifest your wildest dreams.
So take a moment to establish a comfortable position that might be lying down or sitting upright.
Either way,
Making sure your spine is straight without any strain.
Starting to settle and feel your whole body.
Focusing your attention inward.
Feel the subtle movements of the breath in all parts of your body.
Observing the gentle ebb and flow of the air coming in and out of your lungs like a wave in the ocean.
Your belly is rising on the inhalation and falling on the exhalation.
Noticing how the moment we breathe consciously our whole body relaxes.
Watching go of any tension you might be holding in your shoulders,
Your neck or your face.
Relaxing your whole body.
There's nowhere else to be.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to achieve in this moment.
Every inhalation can be a new beginning,
A fresh start.
And every exhalation an opportunity to let go.
Breathing out anything that doesn't serve you any longer.
Breathing deeper and deeper into the present moment.
Now we are going to start breathing in and out through the nose to the count of six.
I invite you to fully exhale and follow my count.
In two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six and exhale two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale filling up the belly first,
The rib cage,
The chest and exhale melting away any tension in your body.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale filling every cell of your body rejuvenated and energized.
And exhale feeling a rush of relaxation washing over your whole being.
And exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale and keeping up a nice slow and steady rhythm.
Breathing in and out through the nose.
If it feels good to you,
You might like to slow it down even more.
Entering states of deep relaxation as we start to focus on our heart center.
Your heart,
The seed of cosmic love,
You might like to place a hand on your chest to connect to your unique heartbeat.
Feeling your pulse.
Your life force energy that runs through and connects us to all things.
And while we keep our focus and our heart center,
I invite you to bring to mind something you are truly grateful for.
Breathing in that gratitude.
Feeling it softening and opening your heart.
Gratitude for every single breath we get to take.
Gratitude for the clean air we get to breathe.
Gratitude for this precious gift of life.
Breathing in that gratitude directly into the heart space.
And taking a moment to bring to mind someone that you truly love.
And holding that person or that being in your heart space as you're breathing in the unconditional love that you feel for that being.
Breathing in this beautiful most profound healing energy of unconditional love and sensing it softening,
Opening and expanding your heart space.
Feeling this nourishing sensation radiating from your heart.
Slowly making its way,
Touching every single cell of your being.
As you start to feel the sensations of appreciation,
Gratitude and love all within you and around you,
Regenerating every single cell,
Every tissue,
Every organ of your body.
Breathing in that gratitude.
Breathing in that gratitude.

Start wiggling your fingers and your toes to slowly come back to the space.
Remembering that your arms and your hands are an extension of your heart.
