Hello and welcome.
It's Fei here and I'm here to guide you through a short meditation to boost your mood and your confidence.
For this meditation,
Stand with your legs about hip width distance apart.
You may place your hands out in the shape of a T or you may place them on your hips.
This power pose helps you to create space for unbreakable confidence.
On your next inhale,
Draw in fresh air through the nose,
Filling up through the belly,
The ribs,
And the chest.
And then through the mouth,
Blow out all the old and stale air and anything else that does not serve you.
Take another deep breath in and bring your attention to the quality of the air as you breathe in.
Perhaps you notice the cool temperature of the air as it enters the body.
And as you exhale,
Audibly sigh out the air,
Noticing if you feel warmth as it flows past your lips.
Take another breath in,
Filling all the way up.
And this time,
When you get to the top of your breath,
See if you can sip in just a little more air and pause.
Notice what it feels like to be holding the breath.
Then release a powerful exhale,
Releasing any nervous energy you might be feeling.
This time,
As you inhale,
Repeat the affirmation to yourself,
I am in control of the situation.
Exhale,
Saying to yourself,
I am confident.
Inhale,
I am grateful for where I am right now.
Exhale,
I am strong.
Inhale,
I trust I am on the right path.
Inhale,
I trust I am on the right path.
And exhale,
I am excited for what is next.
Take a final cleansing breath in through the nose,
Inhaling confidence.
And as you exhale,
Releasing the air and letting everything else go with it.
