This is a long-form, all-night sleep meditation designed to help you fall asleep and stay asleep without interruption. The practice begins with gentle guidance to support the body and nervous system in settling naturally. After the guided portion, the meditation transitions into a long, uninterrupted soundscape so you can rest through the night without being reawakened. You don’t need to listen closely or follow the words. If sleep comes at any point, you’re welcome to let it come. This track is over 8 hours long and is intended for overnight use. You can play it at a low volume and allow it to carry you through the night. Perfect for evenings when you want support falling asleep, staying asleep, or simply resting more deeply.

Welcome.

You can let yourself arrive just as you are.

There is nothing you need to prepare.

Nothing you need to understand.

Nothing you need to do well.

You can allow the body to rest in a position that feels natural for sleep.

And once you're settled,

You don't need to adjust anything.

During this meditation,

You don't need to listen closely.

You don't need to follow the words.

You don't need to stay awake.

If sleep comes,

You can let it take over completely.

The meditation will continue on its own.

For now,

Just let the body rest.

Notice the places where your body is already supported.

The surface beneath you.

The way gravity is holding you without effort.

You don't have to hold yourself together.

You don't have to stay alert.

Let the weight of the body be given over.

As if the bed or the floor is doing all the work now.

Bring gentle awareness to the breath.

Not The body knows how to breathe.

You can let it continue on its own.

Move through the mind,

That's okay.

You don't need to finish them.

You don't need to push them away.

Thoughts can come and go,

Like distant sounds you don't need to identify.

Nothing needs your attention right now.

You might begin to notice a sense of heaviness.

Or a sense of drifting.

Or a feeling of space.

Whatever you notice is fine.

There is no right experience.

The body can soften a little more without instruction.

Let the muscles of the face relax.

The forehead smoothing.

The eyes resting back.

The jaw loosening.

The tongue resting.

No expression to hold.

The shoulders can drop.

The arms resting fully.

Hands open.

Fingers relaxed.

Nothing to grasp.

Moving gently through.

The hips heavy.

The legs resting.

No longer needing to support anything.

Body now resting as one.

There is nothing you need to remember.

From the nothing you need to replay.

The day can begin to fade,

Like light dimming at the end of evening.

You don't have to close the day perfectly.

You don't have to make sense of anything.

Rest is allowed to come first.

You might notice the edges of the body moving and becoming less defined.

As if awareness is spreading beyond form.

There is no need to track where you are.

No need to stay oriented.

You are safe enough in this moment to rest.

If it feels natural,

Let the breath become quieter.

Or let it stay exactly as it is.

Either way is fine.

The body is finding its own rhythm.

You don't need to listen to every word.

You don't need to stay with my voice.

You can let the sounds wash over you.

Or fade into the background.

Nothing is being asked of you now.

No decisions.

Mind drifts away.

Let it drift.

If sleep comes,

Let it come.

You don't need to notice the moment it happens.

Resting.

Breathing.

Letting go.

Supported.

The night is long.

There is plenty of time to rest.

Nothing is waiting for you right now.

You can allow yourself to sink a little deeper.

Without trying.

Without moving.

The body knows how to sleep.

Everything can be soft.

Everything can soften.
