Hello all,
Eliza here coming to you to offer some grounding healing support today.
So I invite you to get comfortable,
See if you can get comfortable where you're at,
Sitting or lying down.
You're always welcome to do whatever feels right for you when practicing with me.
So just seeing if you can invite any comfort in your body,
Any more comfort than you already have.
Maybe that means stretching up and stretching in whatever,
Stretching to the side,
Maybe you could fold over if you're seated.
And I invite you to just really see if you can connect with the power of the earth under your feet and to feel the weight of your body and the way that whatever you're sitting on supports you,
Holds you up.
And inviting any movement from your body that wants to happen during this process.
I have a lot of pain in my body so I move my body a lot,
Trying to shift and find comfort,
Find release.
So again,
Revisiting the earth and seeing if you can feel the way the earth holds you up and is there with unconditional love.
Seeing if you can feel the way that the earth is constant.
The earth has a constant energy and at the same time that the earth has constant energy,
The earth also is always changing.
So feeling this both sides,
This both and of the earth.
The earth is stable and supportive,
Loving and constant.
And the earth as always changing,
Always moving,
Always changing shapes.
And see if you can notice how you are made of the earth.
You are the earth.
So you also have these qualities of constancy and change.
And see if you can invite locating in your body where you might feel this constancy of yourself,
The part that never changes and can't be touched by harm,
And the parts of you that are changing and growing and releasing.
And I invite you to bring your attention to your breath and see if you can notice how your breath moves you and supports you.
And there isn't anything that you need to do to change your breath.
I just invite you to notice it.
And maybe you can notice the beginning of your inhale and the beginning of your exhale.
So just bringing your attention and kindness,
Inviting your awareness to these places in your breath.
And I invite you to bring this awareness to your breath,
To these parts of you that are constant and the parts of you that are changing.
And see if you can bring this breath to those places in your body.
So maybe you might find your constancy in your heart.
Or in a place that you identify as the center and core of your being.
Maybe that's a little bit below your heart.
And it can be anywhere in your body that you feel it.
And maybe you bring a hand there or both to just bring attention,
Awareness,
And love to this place of constancy in you.
And seeing if you can bring your breath to that place,
The beginning of the inhale and the beginning of the exhale.
And see if you can imagine that inhale and exhale as loving kindness.
And maybe there's a color that wants to come to you that you need that is nourishing and healing and represents that loving kindness for yourself.
And I invite you to see if you can connect this constant place in yourself and some place in the earth,
On the earth,
That is also the core constancy of the earth.
And see if you can breathe into that place also.
First bringing your breath to your core and then maybe imagining a line or a web connecting to the core of the earth and breathing into that place.
And you can imagine this place with your inner eye,
Your vision.
You could imagine this place through the soles of your feet,
So through your sensing and feeling.
And you could also perhaps see if you could tune into something that you hear that represents this place.
Perhaps it's the breath itself.
So you have these senses,
Your inner eye,
Your sensation,
And your audio.
There's so many resources and support available.
Just seeing if you can feel that in this moment.
The support and healing and goodness that's available to you.
And see if you can feel how this tapping into this support feeds this constant part of you and also feeds the change in you.
See if you can feel the way that the breath supports change and movement.
And if you'd like,
I invite us to end our session today by crossing the arms on the chest so that the hands are on opposite sides of the shoulders.
And just begin tapping each side and really letting your body fill up with the experience of this inner journey.
Feeling the inhale,
The beginning of the inhale,
And the beginning of the exhale.
And if there was a support of color that came,
Imagining that support of color and tapping that in.
And the energy of the earth and tapping that in.
When you're ready,
I invite you to come back into the space where you're at and see if you can notice three things in your space.
Three colors.
And thank you for practicing with me today.
