Inhaling in and exhaling out.
Bring your awareness to your spine,

Visualize it lengthening slightly,

Rooted,
And clear.
Taking another deep breath in through the nose,
Pausing gently at the top,
And now exhale with a long,
Slow sigh out.
Let the sigh melt away any self-doubt.
Let it soften the inner critic.
Let it make space for resilience.
And now,
In your mind's eye,
Imagine standing at the edge of a vast horizon,
A place that represents your potential.
See yourself stepping forward,
Shoulders open,
Chin up,
Heart steady,
Breath calm.
Feel that version of you,

Who shows up fully,

Taking a moment now to repeat quietly,
