This breathwork session is a special treat, as we will be breathing in tempo to the mystical melodies of the musician, Man Of No Ego. I intend to broaden these tunes to other like-minded individuals to help aid in their spiritual evolution. The style of breathwork we will be practicing is a powerful technique to boost your physiology in a multitude of aspects. These scientifically proven benefits include an increase in immune function, and lung capacity, and a decrease in stress and inflammation. There are several stages to this breathwork, including repeated cyclical full breaths into the torso and breath retentions, both on the exhale and inhale. Always practice this breathwork in a safe environment, and if at any point it begins to become too much, just return to your normal breath and down-regulate. Many thanks and enjoy your journey! A grand rising to you.

My name is Eric Schott and I am delighted to share this practice with you today.

Contained within this meditation is a dynamic breathwork modality paired with fascinating music created by an amazing artist known as Man of No Ego.

I earnestly want to thank them for their perspective shifting music and generosity and encourage you the listener to check out more of this inspiring music to integrate into your spiritual journey.

Dynamic breathwork is an activating technique presenting a multitude of benefits to supercharge your physiology.

These benefits include a decrease of inflammation in the body which will aid in alleviating symptoms of allergies,

Arthritis or asthma.

There is a noticeable boost in the immune system,

Increases in longevity,

Endurance,

Libido and a noticeable shift in stress management.

Following this introduction I will personally explain and coach you through each step of this modality and then we will practice together.

As always I invite you to leave any comments,

Questions or suggestions as I love seeing and responding to your feedback.

To start dynamic breathwork we will begin by doing 33 controlled hyperventilated breaths in and out through the mouth.

On the inhale we'll be taking a full breath in filling up the belly,

Chest and head.

Then on the exhale letting the breath out naturally not forcing it.

It will sound like this.

On the 33rd inhale we will fill up the lungs fully and then exhale out with a sigh.

After this exhale we will hold and begin our breath retention anywhere from one to two minutes sounding like this.

Within this track today once the varying breath retention has concluded you will be guided to inhale through the nostrils,

Place the tip of the tongue on the roof of the mouth and take a big breath through the nose sounding like this.

Fill up the lungs as much as you can and hold this breath.

Shortly thereafter we will take sips of air through the mouth to fill the lungs up even more maxing out our lung capacity and boosting longevity.

It will sound like this.

From here we will expand the lungs by dropping the shoulders,

Relaxing the throat and focus on releasing any tension within the body.

Once we have held the breath on the inhale we will be guided to release the breath with an ohm sounding like this.

At this point I would invite you to get into a comfortable position finding a safe and soft area to hold your vessel in our practice today.

You can either be lying down flat on your back on a bed,

Yoga mat or the ground as you see fit.

If you are prone to fainting or blacking out at all I would recommend that you lie down for this exercise today.

If not you can do this practice sitting up with a straight back and feet flat on the earth.

Just make sure that you have a comfortable position and that you are not leaning forward.

If you are prone to fainting or blacking out at all I would recommend that you and feet flat on the earth.

Just make sure that there are cushions or a soft landing and the very off chance of passing out.

With all that said let's dive into dynamic breath work.

Let's take a foundational breath through the nose filling up the belly,

Chest and head.

Filling up all the way,

Holding at the top and now sigh it out.

Let's do that again.

Fully in through the nostrils,

Hold,

Opening the mouth and sighing it out.

And here we go,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Breathing through the mouth,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Fantastic work.

Here we go,

Four more,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Fully in and let it go and hold.

Become still in this moment.

As you feel any discomfort I invite you to push past it and continue to hold.

You're almost there,

Just a little bit more.

We'll inhale through the nostrils,

Four,

Three,

Two.

And now take sips of air through the mouth.

We'll release the breath with an ohm,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Nicely done.

Take a recovery breath in.

Beautiful work.

Let's get ready for round two.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Nicely done.

Keeping the breath circular.

In,

Out,

In,

Out.

Through the mouth.

Keep it up.

Four more,

Four,

Three,

Two.

And fully in.

Exhaling out and hold.

Relax and focus on the present moment.

You may be feeling some sensations like tingling in the fingers or toes or buzzing throughout the body.

That's totally fine,

It's all part of the work.

Lean into any discomfort.

You can do so much more than you think you can.

Preparing to breathe in through the nostrils.

Four,

Three,

Two.

And holding the breath.

Begin to take sips of air.

Continue your breath retention.

Becoming completely relaxed.

Releasing the breath with an ohm.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Ohm.

Beautiful work.

Take a recovery breath in.

And let's get ready for round three.

Starting in four,

Three,

Two.

You're doing a fantastic job.

You know what to do.

Come on.

Let's go.

Building up those lungs.

Here we go.

Four more to go.

Four,

Three,

Two.

And fully in.

And exhaling out.

And exhaling out.

And holding the breath.

Tap into your senses.

And embrace anything that comes up.

You are great and powerful beyond measure.

Continue with holding your breath.

You're almost there.

Preparing to breathe in through the nostrils.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Continue holding.

And begin to take sips of air through the mouth.

Nicely done.

Continue holding your breath.

Becoming completely relaxed.

Softening the belly.

Dropping the throat and shoulders.

We'll exhale the breath with an ohm.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Ohm.

Recovery breath in.

Beautiful work everyone.

Let's prepare for round four.

Four,

Three,

Two.

This is your last round.

Give it everything you've got.

I believe in you.

Breathe deep.

Preparing for our last four.

Four,

Three,

Two.

And fully in.

Exhale it all out.

And hold your breath.

Feel your energy coursing through your body.

Trust and believe in yourself.

You are an extension of Source.

Preparing to breathe in through the nostrils.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Continue holding.

And begin to take sips of air through the mouth.

Nicely done.

Continue holding your breath.

Becoming completely relaxed.

Softening the belly.

Dropping the throat and shoulders.

We'll exhale the breath with an ohm.

Four,

Three,

Two.

Ohm.

Ohm.

Nicely done.

Take a recovery breath in through the nostrils.

And exhaling out.

Well done.

I now invite you to return back to your regular breath.

And sit with the sensations that have come up for you.

Enjoy this present moment.

The music.

And the benefits that you have done.

Through the power of the breath.

As you come back to the sound of my voice.

I welcome you to bring slow movements to your body.

Join me now in a recovery breath in.

Inhaling through the nostrils.

Holding at the top.

And then exhaling with a satisfied sigh.

Infinite gratitude to you.

For taking the time to join me.

In this breath work practice today.

And massive love to man of no ego.

For the profound music they share with the world.

Be well and be inspired.

Namaste.
