Find yourself a comfortable position for this practice.
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Let's start by taking in a few long deep breaths.

Take a few moments to embrace this moment.
What does your body feel like?
Scan your body up and down.
Can you sense your body?
What does your breath feel like?
Be aware of your breath.
Your body is always in the present moment.
Your breath anchors you in the present moment.
When you are not aware of your breath,
You are most likely caught up in the egoic mind.
The psychological mind.
There is a 13 letter word that describes your true nature.
Consciousness is the animation that gives life to your body.
Your essence.
Your mind,
Your consciousness,
Has the ability to time travel into the past,
Into the future.
If you do not know how to use it,
Then you will lose it to the egoic mind.
Discovering your imagination and learning how to use your creativity is the journey to your inner world.
Survival,
Primitive egoic states can be dominating and keeping your true power suppressed in a lower state of consciousness.

Awesome meditation. I’m able to hold the space deeply and consistently for about 1/2 of the time, then my mind becomes scattered. Your voice is instructive, but not disruptive, and the ambient background is perfect. I’ve been trying to reach the void for quite a long time, I think your meditation might be the one, thank you!

Something powerful and magical did indeed happen. Thank you! Only other feedback would be to lower the level on the voice.. It's just a touch too loud relative to the other sound, probably more so for headphone users. 🌌

The music/audio, although a bit creepy at times, really helped to give me a feeling of spaciousness, presence and connection. I look forward to doing this meditation more as I think the experience will deepen as I practice.
