Our inner sense is amplified,

This pulse is directly connected to your prana and chi.
Strengthening the inner energy that radiates your being,
The body is more susceptible to sickness when it has a weak pulse running through its cells.
The aim of this meditation is to strengthen the connection with your inner pulse.
We lose the ability to listen to our inner sense when we identify with the ego mind.
When we are quiet and open,
The natural flow of life moves through our bodies,
Through our beings.

The only identification is with the breath and the sensations in the body.
