Welcome to this meditation,
Becoming the Ocean.
And to begin with open body,
Open mind.
And with your breath connecting to your body of bone and blood,
With your breath.
There's an in-breath,
Allowing energy to flow into your body from the universe around you,
360 degrees.
And there's a pause,
And then there's a releasing of the breath.
And on the release,
Just allow anything that doesn't serve you to flow back to the universe.
And following that cycle of breath,
Which is very much like the wave that comes up the ocean shore.
On the in-breath,
The wave flows in,
Up the shore,
And it reaches its fullest point.
There's a pause,
And on the out-breath,
There's a receding of the wave going back into the ocean,
Returning back to the ocean.
Allow your breath to match this wave of the ocean.
The rhythm of the incoming wave.
The pause in the outgoing wave.
Follow that cycle,
And allowing a great sense of peace to return to your field.
As you follow this natural rhythm of breath,
Natural rhythm of incoming energy.
And release of energy,
Energy that needs to go back to the universe.
Following that cycle of breath.
And as you follow this cycle of breath,
Notice any sense of contraction in your field,
In your body.
As you follow this rhythm,
Is it anywhere you have a sense of contraction?
Contraction of the physical body,
Tight feelings in the muscles or organs or systems of the body.
Tuning into the physical body,
And on the out-breath,
Releasing that contraction.
Allowing more spaciousness and light into your being on the in-breath.
And on the out-breath,
Allowing a release of the contraction,
An unclenching of the contraction.
Following that energy and also noticing if there's any emotional contraction.
And as you follow the rhythm of the breath,
On the in-breath allowing more spaciousness and light into your being.
On the out-breath releasing any contraction of emotional energy.
And often this energy may not always be yours.
Releasing other people's energy.
And releasing any contraction of your own energy.
Allowing for more spaciousness and light in your being.
In the physical body and also in the emotional body.
Just flowing with that for a while,
Following that cycle of breath.

Allowing the release of the contraction anywhere in your field.
If you sense there's any energetic contraction in your auric field,
Heaviness,
On the in-breath,
Breathe in light into that place,
On the out-breath,
Just release back to universe,
Anything ready to be released.
Following that cycle of breath.
And with a natural rhythm of breath,
Feeling your connection to the ocean.
This vast ocean,
You are a drop on the ocean.
You are held and connected to the ocean.
Every step of your journey is held in love.
And with that cycle,
That rhythm of breath,
Feel the expansion of energy in your field,
As you feel connected to the universe around you.
Notice that expansion,
The physical body and the cells,
Bones,
Blood,
Organ systems,
Expansion of light in the physical body.
As you follow the incoming wave,
The pause in the outgoing wave,
Allowing more spaciousness and light and expansion in your emotional body.
Allowing for expansion of peace in the emotional body.
Expansion of peace.
Expansion of calm,
Of serenity.
Feeling your connection to source energy.
Feeling source is holding you every step of the way.
And allow that expansion to continue into your energy field aura.
Allowing your energy to expand in light.
Feeling that you are a drop of the ocean,
Connected to the ocean.
You are the ocean.
The ocean is you.
Following that cycle of breath.
And breath open,
Soften and relax.
And breath open,
Soften and relax.
