Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves.

I welcome you to this mindfulness guided meditation for self-love and self-esteem.

For me,

Love is one of the most important things in life.

And I feel that the more I meditate and cleanse myself of impurities,

What remains in my pure essence is love.

I feel like we are in love,

But with things that happen on a daily basis,

We tend to forget our true nature.

In this mindfulness meditation,

My intention is to help you cleanse your impurities so that you can return to your essence.

And by cleaning things from your past that you no longer need to carry around,

The result will be acceptance.

I am going to ask you to put yourself in a place where you can sit or lie down as you are more comfortable.

This meditation is for you and the more comfortable you are,

The more it will serve you and you will obtain greater benefits.

Make sure no one is going to interrupt you for several minutes so that you can enter a much deeper state of concentration.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

And take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

Ahhhhhhh.

Take another deep breath in.

Ahhhhhhh.

And exhale.

Ahhhhhhh.

Breathe in comfortably.

I am going to ask you to put your attention on your heart.

Keep your attention on your heart and feel your breath at the same time.

Healing your lungs,

Receiving that oxygen in your chest,

Rising and falling with each breath.

And little by little,

You can return your attention from your heart to your breath and feel how time is starting to slow down.

Getting even more comfortable with your eyes closed,

Feeling your breath and giving thanks to the universe.

We're giving you the opportunity to take this moment to recharge your batteries and return to your essence,

To your center.

And observe your body and feel the sensation of your body.

And observe your body and feel the sensation of your body right where it is.

Feeling the chair,

The bed or the floor.

Without the need to move or pay attention.

And breathing in and breathing out.

Gently relaxing your body.

And now,

We're going to go into a deeper state of relaxation.

I'm going to ask you to bring all your awareness to the muscles of your hands.

I'm going to ask you to squeeze your hands.

And now tense your arms as well,

The muscles of your hands.

Get them more tense and tense your whole arms and hands for several seconds.

And now relax your hands.

Let them relax and release your arms.

Your arms and your hands may feel more relaxed.

And you can feel your arms and your hands becoming heavier and heavier.

And you can observe how your arms and your hands are actually getting heavier and heavier.

And you can observe how your arms and your hands are actually getting heavier and heavier.

And notice how the muscles in your arms and your hands are relaxing more and more.

Now bring all your attention on the muscles of your legs.

I'm going to ask you to tense the muscles of your legs for several seconds.

Feel both of your legs getting tense and tense and more tense.

And now release them and relax your legs.

Release your legs.

And you can feel your legs becoming heavier and heavier.

And observe your legs how they're actually getting heavier and heavier.

And you notice how your leg muscles relax more and more.

And now you can concentrate all your attention on your whole body and tighten the muscles of your whole body.

Your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your stomach,

Your legs and your whole body becomes more and more tense.

And hold it for a second.

And now release it.

Ah,

Release your whole body and relax.

And feel how your back feels more and more relaxed and your chest feels more and more relaxed.

And your whole body just feels really good right now.

More relaxed.

Just like your legs and your arms.

So good right now.

It's a beautiful feeling of peace,

Tranquility and relaxation.

And while you continue to relax all the muscles of your body,

You feel how time passes in a very special way.

Breathing normally and effortlessly,

A feeling that will increase more and more relaxation,

Peace and tranquility.

Breathing slowly and effortlessly,

More and more relaxed.

And with each passing second,

You can feel the air entering your body and leaving your body.

And your concentration is becoming deeper.

It's a very pleasant feeling of pleasure and relaxation.

Your whole body feels more relaxed.

And you stay comfortably without doing anything.

Just resting there.

And there's less need to pay attention.

You continue to breathe comfortably,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Observing your attention,

You can feel the rhythm of your breath with each passing second.

All your attention on your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

You feel your stomach and your chest as they move up and down with each breath.

You can feel a very pleasant sensation of being here right now.

You can even feel pleasure from breathing.

There's nothing more important than breathing.

You know we can live many days without food.

We can live several days without drinking water.

What happens when we stop breathing?

We die.

Even if we just stop for a few minutes.

That is why we should be thankful to the universe because we're still breathing right now.

So feel that oxygen coming into your body that gives you life.

Plants,

They feed on the sun.

Our bodies need oxygen to survive.

So experience that sensation of living and feel your body breathing.

For as long as you're breathing,

Everything is possible.

So let us be thankful for having this life in this moment.

Since there are countless things that had had to happen so that you could be here right now.

There's really nothing more important than you.

Because if you're doing well,

Everything around you will be fine.

In order to be okay,

It's important to breathe.

A big part of your body is your heart,

Which has not stopped beating since before you were born.

Yes,

It's your heart that helps to send oxygen to your whole body and to keep it alive.

So let's be grateful to our bodies and your heart,

Your lungs and all the organs in your body for everything that they do.

I'm going to ask you to personally thank them for everything they do to keep you alive.

Take your time and thank them for working 24 hours a day,

7 days a week,

Rain or shine,

Without you having to tell them what it is they have to do.

They just do it.

Breathing relaxed.

And little by little.

You're going to start to imagine some golden particles floating around you.

You're going to start to imagine some golden particles floating around your body.

And these golden particles are going to surround your body.

And imagine more and more golden particles appearing around your body.

And as these golden particles will begin to mix with the air you breathe,

Your body is going to start to breathe in these golden particles into your body.

And you can feel your body absorbing these golden particles of energy as it begins to fill your body with more and more energy.

This energy is golden and it makes you feel so much better in every way.

You can feel how these golden particles enter your body through your lungs that is in charge of sending this oxygen,

Combined with the golden particles to each organ of your body and to each cell of your body that receives this oxygen through your blood.

Then you can notice how the pain and any physical ailments are disappearing thanks to this golden energy.

And this energy reaches your brain and different parts of your body,

Filling you with life and vital energy.

And by continuing to breathe in and filling your body with these golden particles mixed with the oxygen that you breathe,

You can also observe how certain parts of your mind are healing,

Healing parts of your past that needed healing.

Part of that healing of your past is to forgive.

You can forgive everything that has happened to you and forgive anyone who has ever hurt you in the past.

And simply by forgiving,

You can already feel better as if this weight just cut off your shoulders and you feel grateful for having this life,

For being alive and having this opportunity to go back to your dreams again,

To try again.

That's it.

You can also feel a beautiful feeling of well-being and gratitude for giving you this opportunity for allowing yourself to continue to feel your body,

Your breath as it fills your body with that oxygen mixed with those golden particles that fill you with harmony and serenity.

And when you're breathing,

Your heart is beating every second.

And I don't know if you knew this,

But your heartbeat is unique.

It is unique to you.

There is no other heartbeat like yours.

And each cell of your body also contains all the unique information of who you are.

You also know that there is no one like you.

You know you are,

And the experiences you've had are also unique.

You also know that there will never be anyone like you.

That is why your heartbeat is unique,

Just like you.

You are unique.

Continue breathing this mixture of golden particles in the air.

And let your breath be filled with the air.

And let your breath be filled with the air.

And let your breath be filled with the air.

And let your breath be filled with the air.

As you breathe in,

Inhaling golden particles into your body.

And exhaling everything that you don't need to carry anymore.

Letting go of the things from your past.

Filling your body with vital energy through your heart,

With each heartbeat.

This golden particles of vital energy are reaching every part of your body.

Every cell of your body rejuvenating every organ of your body.

It feels so good.

And mentally visualizing how every time you breathe in,

You're filling your body with more and more golden particles of vital energy.

Mixing that oxygen that flows through each artery and each vein of your body with these golden particles.

Transporting these golden particles and filling your body with energy,

With vital energy.

And you can already observe how your body feels more full of life.

And from the depths of your being,

Energy and trust and love arises.

Filling the room where you are with golden particles,

With trust,

With love.

Your essence is energy.

You are love.

Feel that love for you and for everything that surrounds you.

And you can imagine how these golden particles are stimulating your interior.

This energy intensifies.

And through your belly button,

You can imagine this ray of light of golden particles coming out of you.

And from there,

You can fill the room where you're at and feel that ray of light going to all the people around you and surrounding them with golden energy,

Trust and love.

And imagine feeling lots and lots of love and admiration for everything around you and this beautiful affinity for things around you.

Feeling your breath and how the air is now full of these beautiful golden particles mixed with oxygen entering your body.

You just can't help it but breathe this air.

And as you breathe it in,

It goes right through your body and your belly button and it comes out.

This ray of light goes all over the planet,

Filling the planet with love and peace.

Music Music Music Music Music And now,

Mentally,

You're going to repeat the following phrases.

Today,

I realize that I am more than just a body.

I realize that my essence is energy and this energy is love.

Today,

I realize that I have everything I need to be happy and I realize that I am unique.

Today,

I respect and accept myself as I am.

Starting today,

I begin to give myself the love that I give to other people.

I have the power to change my world.

In this world,

There's no one like me.

I exist.

I believe in myself.

I am worth it.

I accept myself unconditionally as I am,

As the beautiful being that I am.

I love myself.

I realize that my essence is love and it is perfect.

I realize that I am energy that inhabits a body.

I realize that I am a part of a whole,

Of the infinite universal energy source.

And I give thanks for being part of that divine connection of love that connects us all and for who I am.

I am infinite.

I am eternal.

And I am love.

I love myself as is.

I am infinite.

I am eternal.

And I am love.

I love myself as is.

I am infinite.

I am eternal.

And I am love.

I love myself as is.

My mind is full of healthy,

Confident,

Positive thoughts of prosperity and love.

I realize that I exist and that I am.

I create my reality.

I have control over my body and my thoughts.

I am pure love.

I am essence.

I have power.

I deserve all the good things that come into my life.

I am vital energy.

I am pure love.

I am loved.

I give love and that is why I receive love.

I create my reality.

I have control over my body and my thoughts.

I am pure love.

I am essence.

I have power.

I deserve all the good things that come into my life.

I am vital energy.

I am pure love.

I am loved.

I give love and that is why I receive love.

I have a lot of energy and others notice my presence.

I am confident,

Happy and optimistic.

I feel strong because I am healthy and I know what I want.

And at this moment I feel more love towards myself because I know that I am loved.

And every day that passes I look better,

Happier and more alive.

That's it.

Now you don't have to repeat anything.

You don't even have to do anything right now.

Just allow your energy to adjust so that the next few days you can enjoy more love in your life.

More love for yourself and for others.

And you will realize that when you do things out of love,

Everything is better for you and for others.

How it feels so much better.

Your overall body feels so much better with more happiness,

Serenity,

Stretching your body and your legs and your arms and your whole body.

Smiling,

Feeling happy.

Full of joy and love and happiness.
