Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert S.

Heves and I welcome you to this Happy New Year powerful simple meditation.

Today we're gonna be working on letting go of all the good things and the bad things have happened in this past year so that we can welcome the new year with new renewed energy and setting our intentions for this new year so we can manifest our dreams.

But for that I'm gonna ask you to go to a place where nobody's gonna interrupt you for the next couple minutes.

Get into a comfortable position.

You can either sit or lay down and close your eyes.

And take a deep breath in and exhale.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

Getting more and more comfortable.

Feel in your body and relax in your eyes.

You can relax your head and your shoulders become more comfortable.

Relax your arms.

Relax your back,

Your hips and you can relax your legs as well.

Relax your whole body from head to toes.

Getting more and more comfortable.

Feeling your breath coming into your body and leaving your body.

And notice if you're feeling tired,

Relaxed.

How are you doing right now?

Are you able to relax or are you still thinking a lot?

What's in your mind?

Just notice what is happening with you right now.

And now I'm gonna ask you to mentally review this past year.

See if you can go back and mentally recall different things have happened this year.

Some good things and some bad things.

Perhaps some new experiences you had.

Perhaps some things that didn't work out the way you wanted them to work out.

Just go back in time reviewing different things have happened this year.

And take your time.

So that's it.

And as you review this year,

You can see there's multiple things have happened.

Some good things and some not so good things.

I'm going to ask you to notice what things you don't want to bring to this new year.

I want you to leave them back there.

It could be people that you don't want anymore in your life.

You can make the conscious choice to leave them there.

It could be things that you want to get rid of.

Physical things.

It could also be some trauma or memories.

Any resentment,

Anger.

Whatever happened in this past year that you don't want to bring to this new year.

I want you to take the time now to let go of those things and leave them in this past year.

So that's it.

And now I want you to leave all the things have happened in this past year in the past year.

And we're going to focus on just being neutral and bring your attention to the present.

Feel your breath coming into your body.

And leaving your body.

And feel your body in this moment.

Notice if there's still anything from the past,

This is the time to let it go.

And really let go of the past.

And see if you can relax a little more and allow your focus and your concentration to go a little deeper.

Because now we're going to start to create this new year coming up.

I want you to think of things,

Even people,

Maybe some kind of skill that you want to learn,

A habit that you want to create for this new year.

And imagine those things for yourself coming into your life.

And take the time to think about those things that you want in this new year coming up.

So so you you That's it and now I know we all make this new resolutions every year and we make decisions of things we want to accomplish in the new year and there are some of those resolutions that become reality and some of them that don't and You know better than anyone What works for you?

So I want you to take the time to think about the things that work What kind of thoughts or what kind of things motivate you to actually make those resolutions a reality?

Take your time to imagine those things and to think the things that make you Do the things you want and make them a reality and take the time to produce those thoughts To make those things a reality in your body and in your mind you you you That's it good job And by now you should already feel a little bit more motivated for this new year coming up I want you to think of all those things you want as if they were actually happening to you right now And feel them in your body Feel the emotions and those feelings that come from experimenting this Things happening to you right now You You Good job take a deep breath in and exhale Take another deep breath in And exhale And when you feel like it you're gonna open your eyes Feel in the present feeling more motivated than before ready to work on those things for this new year Happy new year and know that you can always come back to this meditation So you can listen to it as many times as you need to remind yourself of those things that you created for this new year coming up Thank you so much for listening,
