Liking animals also connects us in a way to our own power animals for wisdom and strength. Let your heart and mind tap into their magic and unconditional love, so recharge yourself and look after yourself just as you care for the animal world.

Welcome to this guided meditation called the Indian Forest Healing Wrap and the Animals of Unconditional Love.

Let's begin.

Let's begin first by sitting and sitting very straight before we truly relax.

Now just rub your tired shoulders,

Softly massaging the shoulders,

Giving yourself some healing through your own hands.

Let's acknowledge you have accomplished a lot of things over the years in your life,

Often overcoming obstacles,

Almost a battle which includes the small stuff to the big things in life.

So it's still important to be proud of what you have accomplished.

So breathe in now and recognise how special,

How unique you are.

Now your heart is connected to all animals.

You love all animals.

Your heart is happy when you help them,

Offering food or shelter,

That warm smile and loving touch,

Almost that gift of service,

As your eyes see so many different creatures and understand them more.

You see their perfection and without words pour out their unconditional love back.

Now as you sit there you will begin to ground yourself with your eyes closed in this moment and begin to picture a beautiful tree.

The tree is very special.

It resembles you.

This tree is full of wisdom,

Full of magic,

Overflowing with unconditional love.

Branches far and wide and that long to touch the sky,

Reaching those heights.

But to do this the roots must be deep into the earth.

So feel those roots growing deep into earth,

Going into the soil,

Going deep into Mother Earth.

See the roots naturally anchor and belong to this abundant positive energy.

Breathe in earth to heal all of you and exhale like a summer breeze full of sunshine.

Feel the power of earth's energy giving strength to that special tree.

Trees are also home to many creatures,

Offering shelter.

So in a way this tree completes you.

Grounded,

Loving,

Reaching for the sky,

Reaching for those heights.

Branches wide,

Completely balanced and trees grow in cycles and rest in between.

So it's telling you to lay down now,

To lay down and rest that whole body upon the Indian forest floor and wish for that Indian spirit to wrap you like a blanket,

Snugly,

Warmly,

Tightly in the Indian healing wrap.

She is preparing for you for deep,

Full healing with her old medicine wrap.

Begin to feel this blanket tightly,

Snugly all the way up from the feet to the shoulders,

Just the head peeking out.

It is nature itself,

Owed medicine for the body and mind.

Repair the aura.

Feel soft,

Warm,

Snug.

It will begin to do its work.

Entering the aura first with its potent smell,

Followed by melting into the skin,

Dissolving the muscles,

The joints.

Dressing the blood flow from the top to the bottom and into the bones.

There are many bones in the body that also need this healing Indian wrap.

Surrender now.

Let the whole body absorb and heal,

For this will take time.

One day of sun and one night of moon and stars.

Breathe in,

Centering yourself here on this beautiful forest floor.

It's important to keep your eyes closed.

Few are not to look,

Only to be looked at.

Only to know what is happening,

For there are many animals that wish to visit and say their thank yous and offer their love back to you.

Just the final markings to be done,

And that's the placing of Indian feathers around the wrap.

The Indian spirit is making the forest,

Marking the forest,

To let all the animals know why you are here.

The feathers are long and colourful,

And almost fill your entire aura.

She finishes by lighting her smudge stick,

And throws its heavy,

Rich,

Fragrant smoke into the air all around you.

She wants you to breathe it in,

And carry its earthly medicine,

Purifying magical smoke into the lungs,

Passing through the nostrils,

Wrapped in this new scent,

The power to rid all things of stagnation.

Softly you lay now,

Peace truly on earth.

The owl,

Way up in the tallest tree,

Begins to turn his head almost completely around,

As he seveys the forest,

And welcomes the animals of unconditional love.

So the beautiful happy squirrels light and sweetly come down from the many trees,

With their fluffy tails bouncing about.

Get very close and investigate the body wrap with you inside.

Full of their happy energies,

With little feet and small heads,

Are exploring you as you lay very still and quiet.

They bring their positive energy,

And that loveable cuteness,

Their tiny bodies hardly touching the ground.

Fluffy long,

Long tails have a mind of their own.

Someone else has been beckoned to come to you,

And that's the big old black bear,

With his leisurely slow walk,

As he carries the full weight of a fully grown old bear.

For he is beckoned to come to your shoulders.

He is to place his padded round paws on your shoulders,

The left,

The right shoulder,

And rhythmically but gently loosen up those tight,

Tight shoulders,

With bear magic.

He's taking the weight of the world you've been carrying on them,

Working them in and out,

Pushing in and out,

Till all the tightness has gone,

And melting the shoulders into peace,

Into utter peace.

Once completed,

He backs away,

And returns to the dense forest,

On his own journey,

Breathing now,

For the sun shines very brightly now,

On all the forest.

Fairies of light,

Sparkling light,

Have come down to explore you.

They like it when you are very still,

Quiet,

So they can enter your aura,

And fill your aura with sparkly magic.

They dance,

They sing,

Sprinkling healing energy,

Filled with flight,

Beauty and song,

And remind you,

We can work together in your own garden.

They see the fairy in you,

That fairy face,

In a girl in a child of play,

That you want to have wings too.

They ask you to dream of them,

And become one in your dreams,

And join them there.

They will look for you in your dreams.

Now the sun is fading fast,

Bringing in the birds chorus,

And you are truly honoured,

For in the forest is one of a kind,

Bluebird,

And lands on your tummy.

He is the only bird allowed to do what he wants,

What he wishes,

Simply because he is the most beautiful Bluebird ever.

The cutest ever bird,

He is truly blue,

Dainty tiny feet,

Fluffy feathers,

And clear blue eyes.

He pushes his chest out,

And sings his unique chorus song.

The energy of this powerful song fills up your tummy,

Melting into the tummy,

Filling it with the highest of energy of flight,

Of song,

Beauty.

Your ears open wide,

And hear this beautiful,

Beautiful song.

The sun fades fast,

Almost a tear in the Bluebird's eye,

Is asking you,

You must believe in this.

You must believe in all of this.

He holds on to his tear.

He is waiting for you to say,

You believe in this magic.

The little Bluebird's heart connects to your own heart,

And wishes to seal this bond of belief.

Do it now,

For the sun is disappearing.

Time for the moon,

And time for the stars now,

For your power animal to come out.

Breathe in this deep blue air.

Feel and hear every step as your power animal approaches you.

He knows why you are here.

He will lay down with you,

And rest his head on your knees,

To make sure you stay,

And complete your healing.

He is the free one,

The free spirit,

And your inner strength,

And support.

His eyes are your eyes,

And always guiding and protecting you.

He keeps you going when you should have given up.

He is the most powerful animal to you.

Some of the nocturnal animals of the night wish to visit you.

The hedgehog,

And his prickly back,

Brings healing energy.

All his pointed prickles can help your aura,

And pick out anything that needs to be carried away.

Upon his sticky prickly back,

Removing all the crap,

Freeing you.

A white owl is carried on the wind,

Flying over you,

And drops a white,

Pure white feather,

That lands softly on your heart.

It glows in the dark,

Feeling that white feather,

Connecting to your own wings,

As a healer of animals.

You love all animals.

Then your spirit power animal beckons in his new offspring,

The babies.

Playful and take a sniff and a lick of you,

In the body wrap.

They see you as bringing their future happiness,

As your service and kindness to all animals.

They ask you to free your mind,

To believe in the here and now,

Free for the future.

They rub their heads on your head,

To break down the crap,

The walls to free your mind,

Once and for all.

Melting away,

Breathing in a sense of freedom.

I can,

I can do anything.

Then the power animal,

Your spirit animal stands up,

For the sun and the moon have passed through time.

You are ready to break out of the body wrap now.

It's time for you to break out and stand up.

All the healing has been done now.

You are complete and ready.

Do it now,

Break free from the world of unconditional love.
