Diffusing anger.

Let's say the self is feeling some anger arising within,

In the context of a certain relationship,

And doesn't know why.

Allow the self to use the intellect to bring the images and emotions down into the heart of the self to contemplate in quiet reflection for a few moments.

In time,

The heart reflects back the images and feelings plus the cause of the emotional discomfort.

The self sees and realizes that it is trying to control the other,

Having forgotten that it cannot control others.

The self sees through the eye of the intellect that it is still holding onto the false belief that others should do what they are told.

And if the self has refined the intellect sufficiently,

It may also see that it is making the mistake of making its happiness dependent on others' behaviors.

If we do not take up our inner position as the master craftsman,

It is very likely we will allow someone else to dictate how our life unfolds.

And this is because our intellect is sleepy.

There is a good chance we won't even realize it.

Unless you open your real eye,

Sometimes referred to as the third eye,

The anger continues to be felt.

Notice any illusion that you are holding onto of controlling the other or feeling someone else is controlling me.

And let that go.

I am responsible for how I feel.

Only I am.

Nobody else is.

Thank you.

Our relationship anger stems from our inability to control others. Boy, I must have upset a lot of people. But then I think the universe sent me several woman that evened the score πŸ˜• As I get deeper I have begun to dole this course out to myself as if each one is a jewel. Then I stare deeply until I get it’s beautyβœŒπŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

About anger, I didn't think I had an issue until reflecting about my family and how they distance constantly. Surrendering to my higher power and having faith that he will reunite us when it's time and that my part is just to be ready and willing.

I also, after listening to this meditation realized that most of my unhappiness was due to trying to control. Thank you for opening my 3rd eye..

With tears flowing I now have my β€œwhy” for the anger and rage that I have experienced more so this year. I’ve thought of many reasons why but nothing I imagined even comes close to the AHA moment I had after listening to this numerous times this morning. I feel like a ton of bricks have been lifted from my heart. There are no words to express my deepest thanks for today’s meditation. I literally felt my 3rd eye open so I could receive this information and it was exactly what I needed to hear to set me free! Namaste! πŸ’œ
