I want to talk about love.
No one,
No one has to change for you to feel love.
You don't have to change to feel love because we are love.
We are love in every cell of our body and when we awaken to that truth,
The feeling is just so incredible and so free.
We want to share that love with others and try to awaken others to the shared love.
I think it's important once we tap into that love and can look at ourselves in the mirror,
In the eye,
With a whole heart,
With an open heart and proclaim,
I am love.
I am love.
I am love and embrace that fully and allow our higher self and the whole universe to shine our greatest depths and capacity of love through us.
Then we can tap into the inspiration of love,
The abundance of love,
The magnificence of love to inspire others to open up as well.
Perhaps it's even open up to us or just to see the world differently.
You have the choice to love you in the way that you deem is appropriate.
Are you loving you the way you want to be loved?
Are you nurturing yourself with a nurturing love,
Honoring and nurturing your inner child?
Tapping into those activities that are important to your inner child.
Are you loving yourself as a lover would,
Honoring and pampering all that you desire?
Are you loving yourself wide open,
Not putting limits on how you should love,
How much you should love,
The rules of engagement,
Of not only loving yourself but loving others.
Love has so many different faces,
So many different levels.
I can't wait to experience all of those different levels for me,
Getting to a point of a level that I never thought I'd reach,
A deepening of intimacy,
Connecting at a soul level with myself to find yet another shade,
Another hue,
Another contour of love for myself as seen through the eyes of one of my higher selves,
The deepening of intimacy of how I express love with a partner,
With a child,
With a parent.
I have so much to grow,
So many places to go.
I am love.
I'm in the process of loving,
And I'm in the process of loving better,
And I'm in the process of loving deeper.
I'm in the process of loving bigger,
And bolder,
And broader,
More wildly,
More creatively.
Oh yeah.
Love inspires us to live.
Love inspires us to play,
And love inspires us to giggle,
And to see things with fresh eyes,
And to embrace uncertainty,
Mostly because we feel so certain about it.
We have a knowing in our heart,
And a knowing in our belly that makes us move,
That moves us to greater heights,
The blessings of love,
And all of its chaos is a whirlwind that we gladly step into.
We fall into it.
We get caught up in it,
And swept away in it,
And I want to get into that vortex of love with myself.
Loving myself in the way that I would love a partner,
A puppy love for me,
The cutest puppy that I've always wanted.
Those feelings targeted right at me,
For me.
Giving my soul wings,
Blossoming my own spirit,
Flying away on the possibilities of what I can do with me,
For me,
Through me,
To me,
To heighten my essence,
My presence,
My own possibilities of love.
Love starts first with me,
And I know that for it to bloom,
For it to grow,
For me to connect,
That this source has to be the thought from which all love flows to another.
There isn't a reverse flow going on,
Or even the capacity of a reverse flow until my flow is rich and rumbling and tumbling and open,
Not damned up,
Not held back,
But overflowing through all my cells,
Through all my systems,
Through all my levels,
And through my acts,
Through my words,
And through my thoughts.
That's my ideal.
That's what I'm asking for today through this prayer of love,
For love to manifest inside of me,
Inside my heart,
Inside my words,
Inside my thoughts,
Through my hands,
Through my smile,
Through my eyes,
Through my voice,
Through my commands,
Through my touch,
That I can step into any moment of my life fully wide open in love,
Giving and receiving through the lens of love,
Perceiving through the lens of love.
Well,
Yes.
Can you imagine how that would make you feel right now as you step into your next engagement,
As you step throughout your day,
As you lay your head down at night,
Knowing that you live fully and express fully through love?
Breathe it in now.
Feel it.
Feel it cascade down your body,
Washing over your body,
Washing away the crusty bits,
Taking its time,
Meandering a bit.
Yeah.
It doesn't change you.
Love reveals you.
Love reveals your true essence,
Your true heart,
Your true integrity,
Because you are love in every aspect.
And we can claim the love that we want.
We can claim to speak the voice of love through our bodies and our soul.
And I choose today to live the life that I desire to live.
And that life is filled with love.
All aspects of love,
Romantic love,
Sensual love,
Sexual love,
The love of a friend,
Familial love,
Parenting love,
Unconditional love,
Never-ending love,
Love at first sight,
Being in love with being love-struck.
And yeah,
Experiencing the other side too,
Being crushed by love,
Even being lovesick.
The ups and the down,
The high,
The low,
The beautiful and the bittersweet,
The agony and the ecstasy,
All aspects of love,
The entire spectrum,
Near or far.
Love doesn't know time nor space,
No distance.
Love doesn't know the difference,
But it knows a feeling.
It knows the vibration.
It knows the words yes,
Definitely yes,
Strong yes.
Bring it to me,
Give it to me,
Lighten me up.
My heart is on fire for the feeling of love.
My heart is burning for me.
I love it.
I love knowing that my internal flame is flickering,
Rolling,
Thundering,
Heating me up from the inside with such a passion for life,
Such a passion for a purpose that drives me forward.
That I'm a volcano,
Not ready to erupt in a negative way,
But ready to flow hotly,
Steamily,
Powerfully over me and over anyone else who needs to experience my love.
I know that the more I use it,
The more I produce.
I know that I can't use it up.
It's infinite.
It's an infinite torus regenerating itself as love begets more love,
More acts of love,
More reciprocations of love.
I give and receive an ebb and flow that doesn't take score.
There's no tallies,
But it prompts.
It's kinetic.
It's in motion.
It's full,
Pure energy.
And it enfolds us.
It reveals us.
Surprises us.
When we open our eyes,
We see with a childlike wonder,
With a gaze of innocence and wisdom and knowing all wrapped up into one.
That's love.
That's love.
Come to me.
Fill me.
Let me appreciate you,
Love.
Let me appreciate me as I love myself today.
And let me celebrate the love that exists within.
