It is the very essence of all creation and the fundamental ingredient of all time,
Space and form.
It is through this one energy that all beings come into existence and it is also through this one energy by which all beings are sustained.
This one energy divides itself into myriad aspects so that it may better behold and experience its own true nature.
In this way you are a manifestation of this infinite energy,
An individualized aspect of the universal power brought forth to experience and express the cosmic becoming from your own unique perspective.
Right now divine energy is who you are at a deep and fundamental level and you are never separated from this one divine energy.
It is flowing to you and through you and all around you at all times.
I know that your body is a demonstration of this energy taking shape in totally unique ways as an inherent expression of the universe unfolding.
At the very core of your being exists a divine prototype of perfection and this perfection is designed for health,
Well-being,
Resilience and longevity.
The true nature of your body is one of perfect order,
This is the truth of your being now.
The universe operates according to a perfect law of intelligence in action and these words of thought vibration are received and operated upon brought into manifestation by a power that knows no limitation.
Ease,
Grace and sustenance flowing to you in ever expanding waves of life giving light.
You now open yourself up to a state in which you experience perfect circulation,
Assimilation and elimination in all your bodily functions.
Every system,
Every organ,
Every cell and every activity of your body reveals divine energy in action according to this prototype of perfection.
You are an outlet through which universal energy expresses and you do so in an easy and relaxed manner,
In a healthy and positive way.
There can be no physical resistance to the flow of this universal energy within your body.
Physical substance operating at the quantum level penetrates all material manifestations and this energy does its work within every fiber of your body and with complete freedom.
There is now a free flow of energy restoring your body to its natural equilibrium.
There is an influx of health and well-being as that which no longer serves you is recycled into the cosmic flow where all things are maintained by a higher order.
This divine adjustment takes place in ways that serve you most effectively and through processes that require no human comprehension.
You can relax in the knowingness that it is done unto you according to your complete faith in this universal order of love and grace.
In this way you experience a peace that surpasses all human understanding.
It is the universe itself that brings these words into completion and you know that it is already done,
That this channel of divine activity is already complete,
Whole and perfect.
In this feeling state of profound appreciation simply let it be so and so it is.
Now you begin to feel yourself reorienting to the world around you with a new sense of calm,
Health and joyful anticipation.
You may find that you are feeling wonderfully refreshed with every breath you take.
Now move your fingers and toes.
Your body and mind function in a perfect rhythm and harmony.
You are in charge of your body,
Your mind and your feelings.
