Meditation,

Beginners tension and fear release.

Find a comfortable place where you can sit on a chair or on the ground or simply lay down.

Close your eyes and intend to relax.

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling out of your mouth,

Lengthening,

Slowing down the exhale.

Allowing for all the tensions in your physical body,

All the thoughts in your mind and all the negative emotions closing your heart to release.

Relaxing your head,

Your face,

Relaxing your neck and your shoulders.

Feeling the chest open and relax.

As you continue to lengthen your breath,

Feeling more and more relaxed,

More at peace,

Bring your awareness in the area of your pelvic floor.

Becoming aware of any tension in this space.

As you maintain your awareness in the pelvic floor,

Allowing for the tension to come to the surface and release,

Intend to create space in the area of your pelvic floor.

Breathing through this space consciously.

Feeling the area of the pelvic floor expanding and contracting with the breath.

Breathing in relaxation,

Openness,

Releasing all tensions on the exhale,

All blockages,

All negativity,

Thought,

Emotion,

Physical sensation.

Becoming aware of the space of your pelvic floor,

Of the ways in which you can relax it consciously by breathing through it,

By intending to create space in your pelvic floor.

Letting go of any pull or push in this area,

Simply feeling this space open,

Expanding,

Breathing in and out.

Allowing for more and more relaxation to sink in.

As you become more and more relaxed in the space of your pelvic floor,

Negative thoughts,

Negative emotions,

Pain and tension.

Spontaneously release,

You feel yourself becoming more relaxed with less thought,

Less negative emotion,

More peaceful.

In this state of deep inner peace,

Slowly begin to come back,

Deepening your breath,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes and gently opening your eyes.

Perfect for relieving any tension in the pelvic floor. I’ve had physical therapy to treat stress and tension in this area and am now using this meditation as a quick daily relaxation maintenance technique. Thank you! (Enjoy so many of your meditations)
