Hello and welcome to this Sacred Sight of You meditation where you are the destination and your best life is the journey.
My name is Amy Pattee,
I'm your guide today and I am thrilled that you're joining me for this special meditation.
We're going to be focusing on the solar plexus today which is an energy center located at the center of your being,
Of your body,
Right above your navel and beneath your rib cage.
This chakra relates to personal power.
So we're going to be tapping into our authentic personal power today as we clear this chakra,
As we charge it,
As we open it,
As we balance it and activate this seed of our human potential,
This potential of being powerful.
And this power is not dependent upon anything external.
I'm sure most of you can relate,
But in the world that we live in today,
Power is often perceived as something that you gain through status,
Through accumulating material things,
Money,
Education,
What have you.
But the truth is,
Authentic power actually lives within each and every one of us and it's just a matter of tapping into it,
Clearing any negativity that's maybe covered it up so that we can feel confident in who we are,
That we have a little bit of fire,
A little bit of motivation to take action out in the world that truly serves in our highest and best interest and to do so just in a really powerful way.
This is your birthright.
And so we're going to be checking in with that today and hopefully eliciting your authentic true power from within.
So go ahead and come into a comfortable seat.
Make any little adjustments so that you really do truly feel comfortable in your body here as you're sitting.
Make it work for you.
And you can close your eyes and just begin to settle in here.
Settle into your body.
Settle into this moment.
Feeling back any layers of stress that you came to this practice with today.
And you can do that by simply relaxing.
Just starting to let those shoulders drop a little bit.
And the skin of your body relaxing.
Letting go of any tension in your jaw.
Letting your belly open up and release.
And feeling your legs drop down into the floor.
And just begin to notice where you feel your breath moving through your body.
Really connecting to your own breath,
Honoring your own breath in this moment.
And begin to breathe into your solar plexus chakra area.
So as you inhale,
Feel the breath moving into that space right above your navel.
Feel the breath opening up the space right beneath your rib cage.
And as you inhale,
Sensing that expansion through this area and as you exhale,
Think about letting go and releasing any stress there.
This chakra relates to all of our digestive organs.
So as you begin to connect to this area,
You might notice that you're gripping in your stomach or maybe some other area within your gut here feels a little tight or tense.
And first and foremost,
We just notice.
And if these areas are able to release a little bit,
Awesome.
As you're tuning into how this area feels,
Remain aware to your emotional state as well.
Just noticing if any emotions emerge.
And just letting them flow if they do.
Continuing to breathe into this area.
Breathing into this chakra.
As you stay tuned into this part of your body,
You're helping to clear away the stress,
The negative energy that has been inhabiting this energy center.
And we're going to assist this clearing process with three deep breaths.
And what we're going to do is we're going to breathe in through our nose.
And we're going to imagine the breath sweeping out this solar plexus chakra and lifting any stress,
Any negative energy,
Anything blocking your personal power.
We're just going to imagine the in breath sweeping that energy up.
And then as you exhale,
You're going to breathe out through an open mouth and let it go.
Release it.
Let's just do that three times,
Intentionally clearing this chakra of negative energy.
Take a nice deep breath in,
Breathing in,
Sweeping through the solar plexus area.
Exhale,
Breathe out through your mouth,
Letting go of any disempowering energy.
Inhale,
Sweep through this energy center,
Lifting negative energy and stress.
Exhale through an open mouth,
Letting it go.
Once more breathing in,
Lifting any limiting energy,
Restrictive energy,
Disempowering energy from your solar plexus chakra and breathing it out.
And then let your awareness settle into the space at the center of your body.
Now that we've cleared a little bit of negativity from this area,
We're going to turn on the solar plexus chakras of authentic vibration by visualizing a bright yellow flower right here above your navel center,
Below your rib cage.
And it doesn't matter what kind of flower you're visualizing as long as it's yellow.
Yellow is the color of this chakra.
So as we visualize a yellow,
Bright yellow flower in this part of your body,
We're helping to kind of turn on this chakra's potential.
So once you have created this yellow flower in your mind's eye and you're holding the image of it at the center of your body here,
I want you to stay with it and breathe slowly and deeply.
Again,
Just noticing if any emotions surface or any physical sensations emerge.
Staying present with anything that arises.
We're charging this energy center right now through this image of the yellow flower.
Stay with this image.
And as you inhale,
Allow this flower and the yellow color of this flower to be amplified.
So you might breathe in and maybe the flower actually just grows in size or maybe it becomes a little bit brighter.
As you exhale,
The flower might become a little smaller.
Maybe it retracts back into the body a little bit.
Allow this to be organic.
And just see what comes through for you.
Feel yourself receiving the medicine of this high vibration,
This empowering energy coming from this image of the yellow flower.
Drink that in.
Really let yourself take it in and receive it.
Notice your breath.
Notice your entire body right now.
Allow the brightness of this yellow flower to illuminate your entire body.
This yellow flower is glowing so bright that the whole body is being lit up by it.
And then I'd like you to take one hand and just rest it right over your solar plexus area.
Take a moment to send a little love to this chakra through your hand.
And the breath moving right beneath your hand.
And then saying to this chakra,
Speaking to it as if it's a conscious part of who you are and it can hear you and understand what you're saying to it.
Okay,
So you're going to speak to it.
And what I'd like you to try on saying is,
I want to experience your power.
I want to embody your authentic power.
I want to make your power my power.
And I want to stand in that power.
If there's anything else that comes to mind that you feel drawn to speak to this chakra in this moment,
Please feel free.
These chakras are intelligent,
Highly intelligent energies that express through us.
They definitely respond to us relating to them,
Speaking to them.
Your hand could continue to rest right over your chakra here,
Or you can release your hand away when you feel ready.
Come back to your breath.
And I want you to invite your personal power to spread out to every part of your body,
To every cell in your body.
Allow it to take hold.
Allow it to light you up a little bit,
Giving you a sense of fire,
Motivation,
Helping you feel confident in yourself,
In your body,
In who you are.
Once again,
Just come back to your breath.
As you exhale,
Feel your entire body softening.
We're going to bring closure to this empowering meditation by gathering our palms together at the front of our chest,
Gathering these palms together in gratitude.
Take a nice full breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
May you feel confident and authentically powerful in yourself.
