Welcome.

This practice supports your connection to your wild self.

Find a position that feels good to you.

With each breath,

Allow your body to soften.

Inhale,

Soften,

Soften,

Soften,

Soften.

With each breath,

Allow your shell to melt away.

Notice and allow the wild,

Undomesticated parts of you that have been dutifully waiting to emerge.

Soften and allow,

Soften and allow.

Let yourself be out loud.

Unzip the layers,

Layer by layer by layer,

And let yourself out of all that's been encasing you.

Allow yourself to be out loud.

Allow yourself to be out.

Allow yourself to be.

Notice what you long for in your deep belly.

Allow your body to want what it wants.

Notice what you long for in your deep belly.

Soften and allow your bones to melt away.

Allow the hard bones of your skeleton and cartilage to soften.

Allow the medium bones of your organs,

Muscles,

Sinew to soften.

Allow the soft bones of your tissues and fluids to soften.

Soften to yourself.

Notice where your tail once was.

Notice where your wings once belonged.

Stretch from the place where your tentacles once emerged.

Soften your shape and shift into your wild self.

Move through the air.

Move through the water.

Move through the tall grasses and soften to yourself.

Soften your eyes to inner vision and gaze into the darkness.

Dream now in your most natural state.
