New Final Welcome to this embodied meditation of dropping into your body,
The gateway to dropping into your soul,
Your happiest place of quantum genius,
That place inside where you know,
You know what you love and you trust what you know.
You have all the courage you need because the trust is so big because the feeling of what you know is so strong that you can walk with it step by step onwards.
It's such a vital and healthy place to be in alignment with your calling,
Your passion.
So let's get started.
I'm Mia Hoshona and I'm so happy to share this time with you.
Let's begin.
So please begin with becoming as comfortable as you possibly can.
If you can lay down,
Please do so.
And adjust and maybe place something underneath your knees or your thighs and really feel that your head and your neck feel supported and that different parts of your body are as comfortable as you can allow them to right now.
If you're in a place where you can't lay down,
Just embrace it for what it is and relax into the obvious perfection of being where you're at.
Breathe out.
Your eyes are closed and your attention goes to your breath.
Breathe in.
Breathe in and just really drink that in breath.
Just as if you're drinking a most,
Most delicious cocktail of fruit juices fresh from a tree.
Inhale and drink and fill up your body with this nectar.
Smile as you sip of this delicious drink and if it's not delicious enough then make it as delicious as you can.
Take the most yummy in breath for you.
Breath after breath.
Another sip.
Another sip.
Breathe in.
Breathing in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
With every exhale,
See if you can allow your body to relax.
Soften to surrender to gravity.
Breathing in.
Nourishing yourself.
Replenishing.
Enjoyfully and breathing out.
Just soak and relax into that nutrition.
With every out breath.
Allow your body to relax more and more.
Start to feel gravity and your weight.
Allowing yourself to feel into the heaviness of the weight of your body.
Your whole backside.
Heavy.
Heavy.
Melting.
Melting.
Breathing in.
Replenishments.
A smile.
And breathing out.
Just letting go.
Feeling your weight.
Heavier and heavier.
The whole backside of your body.
Melting into gravity.
Start to feel what that feels like.
Feel the sensations in the body,
The weight of the body.
Feel the emotional aspect of this melting.
Your head is relaxing.
Your shoulder blades.
And your back.
Your waist is relaxing.
Your hips.
The backside of your legs.
All the way down into your heels.
All the way down into your heels.
Start feeling also the front side of your body.
Your face.
Your neck.
Your chest and your breasts.
Your belly.
Your pelvis.
Thighs.
Knees.
The whole front side of your legs and your feet.
Just becoming aware that they're there.
There is a difference between this front part of your body and the backside of your body.
Allow the front to relax when you breathe out.
To relax and melt and fall back into the backside of your body that is already there.
To catch and receive the front side of your body.
Inhaling deliciously.
Smiling if it feels really really good.
And exhaling just letting go.
Really letting go,
Allowing yourself to relax and to be with yourself when you are relaxing.
Feel yourself relaxing.
What does it feel like?
What does it feel like to melt?
And if you have tension,
Maybe in your body,
Maybe in your thoughts.
What is it like if you just allow them?
Like just welcoming them.
Welcome the tension if there is tension.
Welcome contraction if there is contraction.
Welcome emotion if there is emotion like a guest in your guesthouse.
The breaths continue.
And in between any in breath and out breath.
Any out breath and in breath.
You'll find a wonderful pause.
A pure potential.
Pure acceptance.
Pure magic.
Rest into that.
What happens in you?
When you have time to just be with yourself.
Like now.
How does it feel?
Just feel it.
Every breath out.
Supporting you.
Every breath in.
All the nourishment.
I'm now inviting you.
To think about something that you really,
Really love.
Think about a quality or a feeling that you truly are passionate about.
Maybe it's love.
Maybe it's creativity and joy.
Maybe it's peace.
Connection.
Gratitude.
Excitement.
Maybe it's something physically sensational like laying in water,
Feeling your body being embraced by waves.
Or your skin being kissed by the warmth of the sun.
Or just what you feel in your heart when a kitten or a puppy comes running towards you.
Just pick whatever first feeling or quality that comes into your mind and feel it.
What is it like feeling how you feel when you feel that wonderful,
Great quality that you truly,
Truly like and love so much?
What is it like?
What happens in you?
Now I'm going to give you a bit of a magic tool because you can actually see inside that you have a volume button to this feeling.
The volume right now to how much you feel this feeling is,
Let's say around three.
Yes,
I want you to turn it up,
Turn up the feeling,
Increase it to five.
And increase it to ten.
And place the volume somewhere where you feel the most comfortable.
The volume of feeling your good feeling.
Just relax.
And keep breathing.
Breathing.
Breathing.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
And do this a couple more times,
Breathing in to every corner of your body.
Maybe stretch.
Slowly getting ready to begin again your day after this rejuvenation.
Before you open your eyes,
Just notice how you feel.
Notice how your body feels.
How it seems to respond to your practice.
Take another deep breath and slowly open your eyes.
Maybe it's a room in nature.
Maybe it's a room in house.
Maybe turn your head around.
Again,
See the things that are close to you.
If you have your journal close to you now,
I'm going to leave you to do a little bit of writing.
Just open a page and draft whatever wants to pour out of your pen.
Maybe it's one word.
Maybe it's one sentence.
Maybe it's much more.
Just use this time to bridge between your meditation and the rest of your day.
Bring down how you feel,
What the meditation brought to you,
What you love,
What you long for and what you're grateful for.
I invite you to come back tomorrow and do this practice again or just the next time that you can.
No stress and yet a deep appreciation for the power of practice,
The power of repetition.
I thank you so much for choosing time with yourself.
Thank you for joining me.
Thank you for joining yourself.
If you want to share your experience,
Please feel free to reach out.
And I hope to see you really soon again.
Bye for now.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
