This is a Meditate.

Io awareness practice called the Space of Awareness.

The purpose of this meditation is to learn to trust experience and relax the sense of doing,

So that you can live with more ease and fluidity.

So let's begin by taking your formal meditation posture.

Noticing what it's like to turn your attention inward.

Allowing your weight to fall towards the earth and your spine to straighten towards the sky.

And inviting your attention to be warm and gentle.

And now noticing the space that your body takes up.

And now noticing the space that your body takes up.

And now noticing the space in the room.

Seeing if you can relax a little bit more.

Sitting within the spaciousness of this room.

No need to do anything per se.

Sitting is like this.

And now seeing if you can allow the sense of spaciousness to grow.

Imagining the sky.

Sitting is like this.

Seeing if you can notice any sense of tension or struggle.

What would it be like to surrender to awareness?

Sitting is like this.

Loved this! I’ve been looking for meditations to practice my awareness of awareness: this really did it for me! Such a great feeling.

The direction towards realizing that you can trust trust moment, trust the present experience, is quite nice :) (I would practice this meditation on top of or along with a mindful breathing observation.)

I really appreciate the spaciousness and the finding my way that you give room for. It undermines my brains figuring it out. I am grateful.

Good sitting/awareness exercise. I appreciate the mix of it being both guided and unguided, allowing multiple moments of silence.

I liked the simplicity and slowness of this, the wide expansiveness. Thank you.
