This love and above morning meditation is special to me because it's my morning meditation practice that I do every day.
In this guided version,
We'll use the heart-brain quick coherence technique and some affirmations to align with the frequency of love and open up to the limitless possibilities of the day to come.
To create a loving energy that radiates outwards and speaks louder than your words today,
This is a great place to start.
We'll begin by finding a comfy seated position of your choice.
If you just woke up,
This can be done in bed,
Supported by a pillow,
Or anywhere else you'd like to meditate.
Ideally,
Your back should be straight but not stiff.
Go ahead and close your eyelids,
Bringing awareness to your inner world.
Let's find three deep breaths to relax deeply into this space.
Breathing in through your nose,
Expanding deep into your low belly,
And releasing with a sigh.
Two more times.
Breathing in,
Feeling your belly expand,
And breathing out through your mouth,
Feeling your body relax.
Again,
Breathing in this deepest one yet,
And breathing out,
Relaxing completely.
Allow your inhales and exhales to become softer and equal in length,
And simply focus on your breath for a few moments,
Gently bringing your awareness back to the equal inhales and exhales anytime you feel you've become distracted.
Continue with your slow,
Deep breaths,
But bring your inner awareness to your heart space now.
You can simply focus your inner gaze on this space,
Or if it feels right for you,
Bring your hands to rest over your heart,
One palm gently resting over the other.
Begin to imagine yourself breathing in and out through your heart center.
You may even wish to visualize a small glowing orb of light growing with each inhale and shrinking a little with each exhale.
Continuing to focus your awareness on your heart space,
Begin to create a heart feeling now,
An elevated emotion that brings warmth or lightness to your heart by recalling a time you felt happy,
Loved,
Or grateful.
Breathe and allow this heart feeling to grow and expand.
Notice how you feel in your heart space and in the rest of your body.
Light,
Warmth,
Openness,
Expansion,
Fluidity,
Simply notice the effect of this elevated emotion spreading throughout your body,
Radiating outward with every breath.
Now that you're vibrating at this elevated frequency of love,
You're in a place where you can begin to align with the possibilities you'd like to create today and in the days to come.
I call these what if formations,
Affirmational questions you ask yourself without judgment that help you call in the possibilities of the future you'd like to create.
We'll do the first few together.
Repeat each what if statement silently to yourself.
What if today is a great day full of endless possibility?
What if everything works out in my favor today easily and without effort?
What if I'm surrounded by love not only in this moment but in every moment to come today?
For the next few moments,
Go ahead and ask yourself your own what if formations.
Begin with what if and add an affirming statement that speaks to you.
Go ahead and try three or four on your own.
No affirmation is out of the question,
Nothing is too far-fetched.
Amazing.
We'll seal off our affirmation practice with a little gratitude.

God,

For the replenishing sleep you had last night no matter how long it was.
For your breath and your health.
For your clear and inspired mind.
For the people and pets who love you.
And for everything else you have in your life.
When you're ready,
You can begin to bring your awareness back to your body in the space you're in.
Gently floating the eyelids open,
Maybe with a smile.
