Welcome.

Take a moment,

Put your hand on your heart.

If it feels okay,

You can put another hand on your belly.

And take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth with a sigh,

Let out sound.

Breathing in through the nose,

Exhaling with a sigh is an audible signal to your nervous system to relax,

To let go just a little bit.

And say to yourself in this moment,

The experience I am having is part of my human experience.

I am allowed and I give myself permission to be human right now.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Any discomfort,

Any negative emotion,

Any negative belief or thought patterns that I'm experiencing in this moment.

Or my nervous system protecting me the best way it can.

I give myself permission to be human.

I allow myself to be seen.

And I also understand that at the same time I can open to what else is possible.

I can invite in potential.

And in this moment I start to invite in access to my own intuition.

I start to invite in access to my own inner truth,

My body's wisdom in a way that feels easeful.

In a way that feels safe.

That feels freeing and expansive.

Even if I don't feel I can shift from a negative emotion or thought or feeling or sensation in my body,

I allow that to be okay.

And I invite in the ability to tune in to the greater wisdom of what I'm going through right now.

To tune in to what the discomfort is telling me.

Take a deep breath in.

Place one hand at the back of your neck where it meets your head.

Place one hand over your heart.

And take a moment.

Imagine smiling from the heart.

Take a few deep breaths in through the nose.

Exhale with a sigh.

Relaxing twice as much.

Give your body,

Give your emotions,

Give your entire experience a chance,

Permission to just let go,

To release,

To relax just a little bit more.

Smile from the heart.

And imagine the heart smile moving through your whole body bringing ease to your breathing.

Breathing increased circulation,

Building your immune system,

Strengthening your nervous system,

Giving you space to feel safer in this moment.

Giving you space to feel more comfort to call in whatever you desire right now.

When you place your hand at the back of your neck where it meets the head and one hand on your heart,

It is a way to use touch to soothe the nervous system.

While you do this,

Imagine your neck is relaxing into your hand.

And remember that you have your own back in this moment.

Feel the weight of your body letting go into the bed,

Into the chair,

Wherever you are.

Feel your body being so supported by what you're leaning in.

In this moment,

I invite in greater access to my intuition,

To my inner truth.

I call in the ability to see clarity in the decisions I have to make tomorrow or soon,

Whenever it is in your future.

I call in my ability to feel,

To be with and move through emotions from a place of feeling safe to do so.

I invite in,

I call in the capacity to have self-compassion,

To hold space for myself so that I can be allowed to be human as I move through my own life.

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

Place your hand on your heart and give yourself some love.

Deep gratitude for taking a moment for yourself right now,

For taking a moment to tune in,

To be,

To be human in all that you are.

Have a wonderful evening or morning or afternoon whenever you're listening in.
