A couple more times.

As you inhale,

Breathe in through the nose.

Imagine that you're gently,

Luxuriously breathing in.

And as you exhale,

Drop your shoulders,

Release your jaw,

Breathe out through the mouth.

Feel like with the breath is all the tension releasing from your body.

Bring awareness to the center of your chest.

If it feels good to place a hand on your chest,

You can do so.

And imagine smiling.

Another deep breath in through the nose.

Relax your shoulders.

As you exhale through the mouth,

Feel the sigh,

Feel the vibration of the sound coming out of your throat.

Allow that sound to come all the way from your hips.

Now start to invite the breath and your energy down towards your hips.

Bring your feet a little wider on the ground.

Spread your legs a little wider if you're lying down.

And imagine that you can feel the bottoms of your feet.

As you bring awareness to the bottoms of your feet,

Notice how it changes and shifts the energy.

As you continue to breathe in through the nose,

Imagine that as you breathe in,

You're breathing awareness and life energy all the way down towards your hips and filling your torso.

And as you exhale without needing to know how,

Just giving permission to your physical body,

To your emotions,

To your stories,

Your breath and energy to just release what it no longer needs to hold on to and to create flow in all those areas of your life and experience.

Place your hand on your heart.

Imagine once again smiling in this moment.

There is no one you need to be.

Thank you for spending this moment with me.

Allow the heart smile to lead you into the next moment of today.

Namaste.
